Yup, far left woke garbage. The NYT made a story a year or two ago saying helmets that don't exist for horseback riders with dreadlocks was an example of "systemic racism" lolol
I recall that just before the 2016 election, Krugman wrote an article saying that if Trump won, his economic plan would lead to a worldwide economic collapse.
In 2016? No, no, no no no........ Our government has controlled the media for over 100 years. You got some research to do. Wait until you see have deep it goes. Check out Whitney Webb.
I read a lot of Krugman when I was studying economics in grad school. I was also probably a bit more left leaning than I am today. But even then, I never saw anyone take facts and data and come up with the wrong conclusions more consistently than Paul Krugman. He's an absolute hack and grifter.
There is currently an autotrading bot that tracks what Jim Cramer says/buys, and it does the OPPOSITE! The trader bot is called "Inverse Cramer". It is up +43% for the entirety of 2024! 🙂
Krugman got a Nobel he didn't deserve so I guess he thought he should get a paycheck he didn't deserve, either. No encomium intended to the miserable NYTimes.
I wonder if its a money thing, he followed the cash in his mind. By claiming the NYT were meanies gives him the ability to deflect from the claims of greed motivation.
one night i was scrolling through my phone, feeling like i’d never figure out why some people just seem so magnetic. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something about it caught my attention. reading it was like turning on a light in a dark room. it’s not about pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about unlocking the energy you already have. trust me, this book is worth every page
i remember feeling like i was always the one fading into the background while others stood out effortlessly. it was frustrating and made me doubt myself a lot. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it showed me things i’d never even considered. it’s not just a self-help book; it’s like a guide to understanding your own energy and using it to connect with people. if you’ve ever felt like you’re not seen, this book might change everything.
I think the fortunes of Democratic Party will change for the better when they can give up Obamacare. They should give up on Obama as well. Krugman is correct about some things, but not about Obamacare.
i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.
there was a time when i kept wondering why some people seemed to naturally draw others in while i was just…there. no matter what i tried, i couldn’t figure out how they did it. then someone mentioned the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and i decided to check it out. the way it explains how your aura affects everything around you? it blew me away. it’s like having a secret code to unlock your magnetic energy. this book is a game-changer.
Homer Simpson is a brilliant man, with lots of well thought out ideas that will ensure our financial success for years. Oh and his personal hygiene is above reproach.
Krugman's Substack is excellent! A great place to learn what's happening in the short & long terms! Shame on the Times for treating an earnest brilliant guy so crappily.
These type of situations always reminds me of the Joker quote in The Dark Knight: "When the chips are down, these... these 'civilized' people, they'll eat each other".

Krugman is wrong almost all the time
True
Almost? I don't think he's been right about anything.
Almost?
Krugman can’t even write English properly. The plural of encomium is encomia, not encomiums.
And when he’s not wrong…he’s almost wrong.
NYT is just terrible
Yup, far left woke garbage. The NYT made a story a year or two ago saying helmets that don't exist for horseback riders with dreadlocks was an example of "systemic racism" lolol
Agree 100%. The NYTs was once the Bible of news and editorial. Then it devolved into kitty pan liner. Sad. My father is turning in his grave.
I recall that just before the 2016 election, Krugman wrote an article saying that if Trump won, his economic plan would lead to a worldwide economic collapse.
I remember him saying it on tv.
Such a dope.
Paul Krugman was consistent " Republicans and conservatives are #*!#*!*" I found him counterproductive and unwilling to give a balanced argument.
Yes, he is a hack
He is an awful economist. He was wrong about everything.
@@smelltheglove2038 Obamacare, wrong about that. Not wrong about everything though.
@@andyjackson3414 wasn't he pushing the single payer plan? So, he was wrong just in a different way.
Krugman is just now realizing that the 'Left' eats itself?
Krugman then proceeded to break a window to stimulate his local economy.
He did? He should have just printed more money and gave everyone a stimulus check. 😉
As one who used to hold these news orgs in high regard, they did it to themselves when they cozied up to the Intelligence Community in 2016.
They were the Intelligence Community. NYT is the one who made up the lie about WMDs in Iraq.
In 2016? No, no, no no no........ Our government has controlled the media for over 100 years. You got some research to do. Wait until you see have deep it goes. Check out Whitney Webb.
They've been cozy a lot longer than that

Paul Krugman is to journalism what Jim Kramer is to stock trading

He’s the Fauci of economics. Either bought & sold or dumb or both.
These guys are great together, fun segment
Ron Paul vs Paul Krugman is a great book that lays out just how wrong Krugman has been about everything just about during the 2008 Financial crisis
I remember seeing them debate on tv. I didn't know there was a book on it. Thanks for this

I don't care about any of these people.
Krugman got a Nobel he didn't deserve so I guess he thought he should get a paycheck he didn't deserve, either. No encomium intended to the miserable NYTimes.
Inflation isn't too bad if you take out food, shelter and gas - Krugman a couple of years ago.
I’m just happy they were all mean to each other. I don’t respect them and they don’t even respect each other.
The hagiography of Krugman is absurd. Man was an unprincipled lying hack who could spell. Praise for Krugman is not warranted.
right on !
Liar hates the lie factory for firing him.
I had to wipe away a few crocodile tears after this story
Krugman giving an opinion once is once too many.
Robby, the "great reporter" Paul Krugman? He's been terrible and vicious for years.
Paul Krugman is always wrong.
I have 3 mortal enemies. #1 is Billy Corgan for personal reasons. #2 is Nicholas Sparks for obvious reasons. And #3 is Paul Eff'n Krugman.
This is possibly the best comment here! 😀
Can you elaborate on billy corgan and Nicholas sparks?? I'm intrigued.
Lol I want to be friends with this guy now to hear these stories. 😂@@ricardourrea5431
@ricardourrea5431 No man needs to elaborate on the reason for hating Nicholas Sparks.
@@nesne2167 perhaps. I haven't even thought of him since 2006.
Niall and Robby killing it.
Does this mean he'll finally debate Economist Bob Murphy for charity? Even if it's for him.
It's Paul Krugman, the economist who fell for the Broken Window Fallacy. I'm having trouble feeling sorry for him.
Paul Krugman: "Despite the praise issued by the Times" I could just say 'praise'. NO!
consults thesaurus, "'Encomiums' it is!"
He’s a chronic complainer.
He is. It’s so played out.
This was because Krugman was such a terrible reporter for decades. About time
they got rid of him.
Love your show, guys.
Leave it to an Irishman to interpret the indecipherable. 😂
Niall cracks me up ... "Trumpian?" He forgets that Hilary bleached her phone and email. Hey Rising ... let Robby fact check the pom.
Nice polite discussio, no raised voices or table pounding.
Paul Krugman? who?
Nellie Boales said the same thing about working for them and then founded The Free Press
The plural of encomium should be encomia LOL

I'd love to know the dirt on the inside fighting at the NYT🤣

Krugman is one of my least favorite people in public life. But the NY Times is so far gone I will have to side with him on this one.
Did they insist he publish via the internet instead of his beloved fax machine?
Aren't they getting sued for $250 million for slander?
and I learned a new word
"The contrarian". Sure, buddy.

So Krugman has never had a positive affect on we plebs
I think the fortunes of Democratic Party will change for the better when they can give up Obamacare. They should give up on Obama as well.
Krugman is correct about some things, but not about Obamacare.
How will COVID be taught in schools?
Krugman economic critique was based on who was president. Freedman should jusy go full time CIA, not part time.
Maybe they wanted him gone that's what it sounds like to me

I always go back to his prediction of a "recession with no end in sight" after Trump won in 2016.
