I totally feel that the UK abandoned the people from Hong-Kong. Instead of taking all these migrants The Middle East and Africa. Why can't they help a colony that has given so much to the UK.

HK people should be cautious on British politics. HK people is just another minority with limited Rights. If HK people have wealth they are advised to leave the UK after 14 years otherwise they have to pay more taxes. Australia have less range of taxes. Australia welcome the rich HK people. Every country welcome rich and wealthy people. Cash is King. The UK treat HK people as refugees for 6 years under LOTR. Meanwhile these people have to pay many taxes but have no benefits. Don't burn the bridge to HK. Keep your HK ID card as right of abode.
If Britain isn't already overcrowded BORIS needs to GO he's done nothing stopping immigration and that's why he was voted in our borders are more open now than ever
