These people have committed a federal felony by coming into this country illegally ( 8 USC 1325)
So essentially, this judges ruling is saying that " these people have more rights than any American citizens " because in America, there is also a federal law ( 18 USC 922 g ) that specifically bans felons from owning or possesing firearms.

So how does an illegal alien fill out a Form 4473? The form asks specifically if you are a fugitive from justice, are you an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States and if so they must have a US issued Alien or Admission number.

I absolutely disagree with, that a judge made a ruling on their own, that "illegal" "Immigrants", should be Allowed to "posess" or "cary" "firearms", that would be like Allowing, Armed invader's to cross the border, into your Country Armed With Weapons, That Makes Absolutely No Sense At All, And Is Not Only Completely againt the law, but it's not even safe for law enforcement or American Citizens thats completely Stupid !
