I think because Judge Judy already have idea of case base on reading the case. She a pro and most likely she already knows who's going to win base on reading case alone. She confirmed the case by hearing what both parties have to say. Which why, it's not a good idea if she started with someone first. 😂

In more uneducated regions or lower socio-economic areas, people tend to use WRONG grammar that gets passed down generations & become the “right” English
i see what happened. She managed all the financial stuff in the house. He had gotten a car before; they lost that car (probably repossessed) so they got another car which she cosigned and he paid the deposit on. The transmission went out on the car and woman borrowed money from her boss to refinance the car and get the transmission done, but HE was not on that loan - he was on the initial one. Now she wants him to repay the balance on the loan she took from her boss.

I think if the loan is in her name and she's making the payments, she can take the car.
Sell it, pay the in its entirety, and if there is money left, he can have it.

She borrowed money in her own name from her boss. She says she spent the money to get the car fixed, he says he doesn't know anything about thst.
Legally, that loan is in her name and has nothing to do with the car. It's simply money from one spouse spent to pay stuff in a relationship. There is no record that it was spent on the car, or that she loaned it to him.
If she expected him to pay back her loan, she should have done something in writing.
You can't take out a private loan and then make someone else responsible for it without a written agreement.
Why do they always leave original sale paperwork in the vehicle? That's something you need to make copies of. Especially if it's used.
I brought a car and put everything in the glove box, (I meant to take it out) 2 days later car got stolen 😭

I don't have a problem with a pastor being wealthy. Because most of these Pastors make their money, writing books, selling out conventions and whatever else based on their talent. What I do mine is wealthy people finding loopholes to avoid paying taxes.
