I dont have autism but i do have chronic anxiety and stimming helps me and my older brother gave me a chewy necklace yesterday and it made me very happy
I love making glitter water bottles here’s how I make them: 1. A plastic bottle ( or a jar ) 2. Fill it with water 💦 3. Put food coloring ( optional ) 4. Glitter or beads 5 close the lid *THEN SHAKE AWAY*
@@awesomeamy6722 Not really, only some people throw stuff when they are angry, most people just calm down and continue doing whatever they are doing. I’m not trying to send any bad energy through this comment by the way.😊
I recently got slightly obsessed with Tangles and got my girlfriend one as well :D she's got the pink/yellow/blue/clear textured one you own. the pink chew necklaces you have has a beautiful colour omg
yes tangles are amazing though ive definitely replaced them with the chew necklaces recently! I just ordered a new one (they're very cheap on ebay) and also bought a taglet blanket for comfort. Thanks for watching!
_Galaxy Whiskers_ my brother is also autistic. He can be hard sometimes becuse he’s older then me and I want to look up to him but due to him having learning disability’s aswell I can’t ask him to help me with my work. He gets upset when people ask him to many questions.
I'm so glad I found you. I had looked forever for autism support videos on teens and adults. But I couldn't find any unless they were for the parent on how to help their child with autism. I am so happy I can make new discoveries from you. You just opened a new door for my life. Thank you ❤
Just found this channel and I’m getting an autism/ ADHD test soon! If I am diagnosed with something like that this channel will defiantly help me! If not then I can still look into things like what you showed in the video to help with my anxiety
I don't have autism, but I do have severe anxiety. I also think I have ADHD because I show multiple "signs" on a daily basis. I'm just not diagnosed with ADHD. The stim/sensory toys I have to calm me down or help me focus are fidget spinners and cubes, a tangle, multiple glitter bottles, endless cube things, putty, stress balls/squishys, rubix cubes (they're good for fiddling around with), and some little soaps like your candles for scent. Its a lavender bar of soap, so smelling it helps me calm down if I'm having a panic attack. Off topic, but I've been doing good with my anxiety. Last panic attack I had was Nov 24th, right before I went on stage for my play.
I love your sensory bottles! When I was diagnosed with adhd, ( i know it's not the same as autism but..) I made calming jars. It's basically the same thing but in a mason jar haha
No. You see, Squishies wouldn’t help because they aren’t the best for sensory issues. The closest thing would be a crush ball that is quick rising and dense, but otherwise if it wasn’t strong it would be a nice help.
chewys are my main source of sensory equipment at the moment. But tangles, fidget cubes are very good. It depends on what fascinates you - lights are my go to so I have a lot of light up wands, glow in the dark lights etc
For anxiety: I prefer brain teasers, tangles, rubies cube, infinity cubes, and thing like that. For trichotillomania: I like polymer clay, kneadable erasers, squishies, fidget cubes, and thins I can squeeze, click, or pull like koosh balls. For OCD: I like to take clay or putty and make them into nest cubes or make them super smooth. I also like those squishie worm things.
I love this video! I have two brothers with autism and I enjoy learning about it! I actually have anxiety and this was very intriguing to me. Also, I saw this on my recommend and I clicked ❤️
I do not have autism but i do have anxiety and adhd. These help me quite a bit. I really like using the sensory bottles and the scented candles. Im more of a visual stim person, but i do have a few textile ones too.
My son has a lot of similar sensory items so I may try some of the ones he doesnt have to see if he would like them too. Great video. Thinking putty is so a staple at our house.
i don’t have autism or anxiety or anything along those lines, but i have a huge problem with fidgeting, so does anyone know where she gets the tangles?
I always get mine off the Internet so I'm not sure but maybe you could find teething toys in the baby aisles of supermarkets? That's all I can think of that you won't need to order from the Internet. I have a lot of baby toys/teethers and they're just as fun. ALDI actually have wooden and silicone teethers at the moment in their baby event in stores.
if you like the glitter bottles you have, id recommend these J2O drinks which i like because the visuals of them and they're like red / pink and they have glitter that's edible at the bottom so you can shake them and drink them
Aaaahhh so cool! I have ADHD and really bad anxiety ; ^; this video was amazing and it showed me some things I could bring to school to help calm me down even just a little! The candle one I am definitely going to try out, I love scents a lot so I think it would be good to have one~ the little bottles with oil and water are so cuteee, I used to have one but I have no idea where it went xD but I have a little cute lava lamp in my room and it has glitter and see sequins in it and when I turn it on my room looks all glittery and it has these little shadowy dots and it’s really calming ☺️ oooh and there are some scent diffusers that also help! Ahhh they are so calming, I’d recommend one but in my opinion the minty and eucalyptus smells are a bit strong ;3; but I think there are some calming scents such as vanilla, rain, cinnamon, and ylang ylang- which are more sweet smelling and less intense, unless you like that type of scent then go ahead 😂💕 have a good day to who ever is reading this ☺️☺️💕
This was really helpful my daughter has a sensory box but the home made ones are a good idea and we have lots of squishy my daughter loves them the scented and different rising ones but they don't last very long they split 😏
I asked you where you got all your Tangles and where did you get home the other one with the beads and the move around like a Rubik's Cube thing I want to know where you got them
my baby cousin has autism. I’m pretty sure he’s 3 years old! He know how to say hi and help but just not how a regular person would. He gasps to say the hi and the help! But I believe he will outgrow it for sure.
I made a sensor bottle with glitter and water and these ball things, it doesn’t look as good as yours but it still helps, my 4th grade teacher used to call these calming jars, because we made them in 4th grade, but before that I made one at home, it is really helpful at times, thanks :))
omg! your should get squishies! they’re really nice, soft, little toys you can squeeze! most of them aren’t really really soft. so if you’re looking for something denser you can get a crush ball! you can usually find some squishies and crush balls at staples.
I don’t have autism but all of hers would be good for anxiety and adhd, which is what I have. Sometimes I sensory overload on noises and visual episodes. A few of those toys, if not most of them would be great!!!
I really love this. I have a mild case of autism that seems to be just awful now. When I was younger it wasn’t that bad. But now it’s just worse. So definitely gonna get some of these. Even though I’m 19 and 20 in 9 months. It’s weird like in my brain I’m like 10. But yeah I love these.
i find stim games really helpful. I love Subway Surfers although i wish they had a more minimalist one- because if i’m anxious it helps but then sometimes all the animations are a lot
I don't have autism or ADHD but I like to play with these toys but some I find annoying like those marbles in water things ( the loud one ) but I don't know if it works for her so
Hey, I noticed that you had some glue residue on your DIY sensory bottles! I use this home remedy to remove that! Just rub some alcohol on it and it will wipe off. It would be easier to see all around the bottle when it’s all clean!

i have sensory as well so i fiddle with my popsocket for the popping sensation or ill chew on rubber for the feeling or to calm down, they also help with my tourettes
A tip for making the sensory bottles is to add glycerine as it makes the water thicker and slower if you know what I mean
thanks! ill try that
Rubysims or glue
Rubyspets I have a question what is glycerine ???
Just like a thick substance basically... That's all know.
Rubyspets or slime

1. A plastic bottle ( or a jar )
2. Fill it with water 💦
3. Put food coloring ( optional )
4. Glitter or beads
5 close the lid
*THEN SHAKE AWAY*
But with the jar when u get anger you'll throw it 😂
Make sure to close it tightly or glue it..... I learned that the hard way
@@awesomeamy6722 Not really, only some people throw stuff when they are angry, most people just calm down and continue doing whatever they are doing. I’m not trying to send any bad energy through this comment by the way.😊

I have a kneaded eraser for drawing which I use to fidget! It's a grey eraser that you can mold in your hands like putty.
