I love making glitter water bottles here’s how I make them:
    1. A plastic bottle ( or a jar )
    2. Fill it with water 💦
    3. Put food coloring ( optional )
    4. Glitter or beads
    5 close the lid
    *THEN SHAKE AWAY*

I don't have autism, but I do have severe anxiety. I also think I have ADHD because I show multiple "signs" on a daily basis. I'm just not diagnosed with ADHD. The stim/sensory toys I have to calm me down or help me focus are fidget spinners and cubes, a tangle, multiple glitter bottles, endless cube things, putty, stress balls/squishys, rubix cubes (they're good for fiddling around with), and some little soaps like your candles for scent. Its a lavender bar of soap, so smelling it helps me calm down if I'm having a panic attack.
Off topic, but I've been doing good with my anxiety. Last panic attack I had was Nov 24th, right before I went on stage for my play.

For anxiety: I prefer brain teasers, tangles, rubies cube, infinity cubes, and thing like that.
For trichotillomania: I like polymer clay, kneadable erasers, squishies, fidget cubes, and thins I can squeeze, click, or pull like koosh balls.
For OCD: I like to take clay or putty and make them into nest cubes or make them super smooth. I also like those squishie worm things.

Aaaahhh so cool! I have ADHD and really bad anxiety ; ^; this video was amazing and it showed me some things I could bring to school to help calm me down even just a little! The candle one I am definitely going to try out, I love scents a lot so I think it would be good to have one~ the little bottles with oil and water are so cuteee, I used to have one but I have no idea where it went xD but I have a little cute lava lamp in my room and it has glitter and see sequins in it and when I turn it on my room looks all glittery and it has these little shadowy dots and it’s really calming ☺️ oooh and there are some scent diffusers that also help! Ahhh they are so calming, I’d recommend one but in my opinion the minty and eucalyptus smells are a bit strong ;3; but I think there are some calming scents such as vanilla, rain, cinnamon, and ylang ylang- which are more sweet smelling and less intense, unless you like that type of scent then go ahead 😂💕 have a good day to who ever is reading this ☺️☺️💕

Hey, I noticed that you had some glue residue on your DIY sensory bottles! I use this home remedy to remove that! Just rub some alcohol on it and it will wipe off. It would be easier to see all around the bottle when it’s all clean!

I have a kneaded eraser for drawing which I use to fidget! It's a grey eraser that you can mold in your hands like putty. It's useful for art purposes but it's also great for fidgeting/stimming because unlike other putty-like stuff, it doesn't make your fingers sticky and it doesn't make crumbs everywhere. Plus, you can carry it around in a pencil case and it's discreet! ( I don't have autism, but I thought this might be useful! )
