  • "Don't pretend to be sorry, when you didn't do anything to prevent it! You knew it would come to this. And did nothing to help yourself. This is the end, but it didn't have to be!"
"There's nothing more to say, Munakata."
And there goes my shipping-free channel. Okay, it wasn't actually shipping free, I already had "I'll explain the infinite" with Atrus and Catherine, and there were pairings which appeared on the sidelines of my character tributes, but I didn't have a video before which focused on a couple that wasn't stated to be canon. So that's a first.
The main reason for this is that I don't really consider myself a big shipper. I can root for couples to get together, but mostly I appreciate friendships between the characters enough, and love their non-romantic connections enough not to want more (I also feel that sometimes when a couple actually becomes canon, it just ruins their dinamic). However, in case of Mikoto and Reisi, there was a point (in Seven Stories, by the way), when I had to realise it is quite hard for me to think of them simply as friends/fremenies anymore, because they had a bit too many dubious scenes, and also a very strong connection in the plot and in symbolism. So that was the point when I gave up and decided that yes, I probably ship them. However, I didn't think on a tribute for them, until one of my friends suggested "Remember to remember me", from Isak Danielson. This song really fitted the tragedy of their subplot in the first season: when Mikoto completely gave up the fight, and was basically ready to die to escape the burden of power, while Reisi did try to save him, and stop him until the end, but couldn't help and couldn't do anything - partly because of his own pride.
I hope you enjoy the video! Of course, as always, I do not own anything.

Hi! Yes, of course. It is from Seven Stories (which includes six side stories to the main plot), from the BURN: Memory of Red episode.

@@pushmitaislam3878 Sure :) So we have the first season, then "Missing Kings" - it's a direct continuation of the first season, about the awakening of Anna as the next Red King. The comes the second season, and then Seven Stories, which includes the six side stories - individually as long as a movie. The seven stories episodes in order:
      - RB: BLAZE (about the first meeting of Mikoto and Reishi)
      - SIDE: BLUE - Sirius (about the blue clan, and partly about the Blue King before Reishi)
      - SIDE: GREEN - Uwagaki Sekai (about the Green Clan, especially Sukuna)
      - Lost Small World - Outside the Cage (the backstory of Fushimi and Misaki)
      - BURN: Memory of Red (the backstory of Mikoto, and also the events leading up to Totsuka's death from the perspective of the Red Clan)
      - Circle Vision - Nameless song (This takes place after the second season, it fills a lot of plot-holes, and tries to fix the logical mistakes the second season did - and does a pretty decent job, I really like that film)
      I hope this helped :)
