Hello all!
Here's my new track out on lowly, it's an (obviously) Bloodborne/Dark Souls inspired metal track with tons of electronic elements. Sounds like Old Varien, with some New Varien ideas. Definitely one for the OG lovers! Come up next week we have a k-pop announcement and a *gorgeous* collab between me and a close friend.

BTW, the lyrics to the song Council Of Wolves And Snakes by Dimmu Borgir describe how life is an universal error perfectly ('We are sculpted into Iife by the hands of deeth') and, they also put The Triangle symbol in the video, which is one of my main symbols -- the lyrics contain subtle references to me and my protectors and to the new system... I am considered a snake -- because I am the real-Iife Medusa... So when there is a reference to the snake or the eyes of the snake (like the reference in the song Roll The Dice by Anette) in a song, it is a reference to me as Medusa which represents a part of my dark side...

It’s so hard not to play Varien when I’m playing my video games. It only adds to the magic and majestic beauty. It creates a whole world for me big or small, all the battles I’ve fought has Varien in my ears

The drums are so clean.
This track is just... so satisfying! You can feel the evolution of Varien, yet you can still hear some older masterpieces in this. Loving this recent stuff, Nick!!!

WOOOOWWWW, those strings kicking in from 1:50 ish give me such a massive Witcher 3 soundtrack vibe and I LOVE it, and then that grand piano is just out of this world. Insane track.
Yes. The overuse of vibrato helps that feel. I mean I agree with you. Though I wish this piece is available for instrumentation on the piano just for the fun of playing some parts of this piece (I'm not saying I want to plagiarize his music or anything, I'm just saying this would be a wild ride if one were to learn this on an instrument) The piano part, though, does add so much contrast with the violin, since the strings come with a sort of moody and sad feeling to it, while the piano is played with ferocity, just as in Chopin's etude op.10 nr.12 (I believe) "Revolutionary". You can hear the feeling of the player in the chords (anger, hate, something of the sort). The beauty of this piece fits perfectly as the beauty of destruction, and as the perfection of the ruins of destruction. This work of art agrees with the feel of playing a game. The strings and piano could be a movie soundtrack. Maybe. Or i'm just being delusional in some sort of randomly strange way.
This really inspired me to continue doing my stuff which is something similar. Thanks for being a big inspiration senpai ❤️

2:20 - 3:20 strongly reminds me of some of Dimmu Borgir's work (especially their song "Progenies of the Great Apocalypse" and the end of "The Insight and the Catharsis"). I haven't heard somebody use a chord progression like that in years. I love it.
I don't know why RUclips decided to recommend me this, and honestly I no longer care. It's beautiful. Like a flawlessly executed mashup of all the good bits from Stellaris Utopia OST, but with grimmer undertones and more pathos to it. Great job!
