You will never identify with your true self through your 5 senses. You must learn to tap into your 6 sense through proper meditation techniques.
I think we human beings are like "divining rods". We are made of organic physical elements (like the willow rod), and our spirits are pure "energy" which; when we LISTEN and follow it (without words, or intellect)....are guided to our own personal "Way". Follow that secret, and you will find your path. You will only be able to "know it". Nobody else will be able to define this....it's sort of magic. it's your "spirit".

i was such a vivid dreamer especially as a kid to the point where i would disassociate often and i would use music to help me. i would have a couple nightmare but mostly me being scared running from something now that i’m older i hardly dream at all. i never remember anything and i hardly really go to that realm anymore. it’s easier when i’m away than asleep

- 3rd dimension is The physical one
- 4th dimension is The astral one
- 5th dimension is The mental one. The dimension of the mind not The heart
- 6th dimension is The Christic one. The dimension of the heart and Love
- The 7th dimension is The buddic one. The dimension of the enlightened masters.
_ Ideas & concepts. It is all conceptualization.
_ True spirituality has nothing to do with dimensions of any sort.
_ It transcends all space time.
_ The quantum physics concept of "non-locality" is the closest physical concept/description that can even begin to point to what is thought of as spirituality.
_ In any case, any and all THINKING about spirituality only proves that one has no idea of what it is actually.
_ Spirituality is not something that can be thought about.

Wow, apparently I have been living in higher 4D or 5D since 1992.... I feel it was since birth, but I experienced some emotional trauma in my teens and did not get back to my spiritual path fully until 1990. But it was not until after further training that I was able to truly forgive and find gratitude for the people and experiences in my life that allowed me to be who I AM. And I asked their forgiveness for having to play that role in order for me to wake up to my true Divine nature. My life has been magical and I create my reality and live through my heart in the ever present NOW - but I assumed that was how most people felt who were more tuned in.... not realizing that I have been living a life beyond 3D density all along! Rad!!! Now to co create even more wonderous abundance in service to my community for the greater good of ALL. Thank you to all of you lightworkers for helping with the Ascension, I bow before you in gratitude for your work!

I agree this is a great video. I feel like I am not alone. I use to try and fit in with others but gave up and now I live the best I can until it is time for me to go home. I don't belong here, I don't fit in anywhere. Why is it so hard to meet others that feel like we do. A lot of people don't understand the 1,2,3,4,5 Dimensions. So what else is there for us here? Since I was young I'll look up to the sky n talk to the universe n ask them why I'm here n when can I go home? I always feel alone even though I make friends easily...its pretty sad coz if I would to tell anyone even my parents..they 'll tell me I'm stress and I need to see a doctor...i feel more at eased when I'm near nature..i do feel sometimes I can hear voices but they 'll tell me future forthcoming..i don't know if it's sixth sense or what...but I really do want to go home one day..not in a bad way..

This life is trial and temptation to move to a higher detention. It is all about getting it right in the here and now. LOVE IN ONES HEART is the main measure! If you mess up, correct your mistake, ask for forgiveness! We are only human and the demons work on us continuely, trying to gain souls for the love of money. We as humans are weak, some more than others. May God have mercy on our souls!

5d here took me 5 to 6 months of going into flux and had to care for my new transistion like a babies body.......move arms to quick and my arms would create tears as the 5d light body and 3 d body have not coelesced and the 5d will rip up your arms if you move your arms too fast during your flux period
Gestation of birth is a 9th month process which allows some higher dimensional beings to come into this lower realm as in birth they go into flux and can dimensonal down with little effect on them

I'm sorry, I've let myself get so absorbed in trying to learn more about you I have not put any self care in to myself to the point of not sleeping much and drained of energy. My life doesn't have much of any exciting events going on and I have secluded myself from most people because the ones I knew previously were just very empty non trusting people. I live far away from town temporarily:)
Is it possible to be living in 4D but dream in 5D? I feel like that is what's happening to me.
Rachel Monahan it's not possible. The 4th dimension is time, so a four dimensional "object" would be a space time continuum like we live in. Our brains evolved to survive in this space time continuum and only comprehend 4 dimensions. The process of thinking revolves around cause and effect, you can't "think" outside of time. Thinking is fluid and one thought leads to another, it depends on time, which is the 4th dimension. From outside the 4th dimension you would theoretically see all of time and space as 1 consistent thing. Right now you are only 3D you. 4 dimensional you, would be you plus you in 5 minutes, plus you 7 years ago, plus all of the yous that ever have and will exist. So to even think in 4D would be having every thought you ever had and ever will have all at the same time which is impossible. Thinking outside of 4 dimensions would theoretically give you the ability to see the future and the past all at the same time from outside of this world. If anyone ever did that they would be a god. But we are really just small insignificant 3 dimensional apes.
Ryan Ross that is very interesting.. I did have an experience once where I experienced the past and the future at the same time. It was very intense and was also accompanied by an ego death. I am using the terms from the video which explained how some people are already moving into 4D. I'm not quite sure if I'm there but I may be shifting in and out because sometimes I do know events to come so time seems less linear to me.
@@beatles925 ppl that can reach the 5th is very rare, ppl that meditate for weeks, without substance, a complete understanding or enlightenment. Now gifted with a high frequency is great , I personally believe most are driven insane in the fourth, from time in the womb till Existstance chains are delvoped subconsciously, from our material mind and upbringing , I feel most unfortunately are suffering from debilitating mental states as voices in the head, unable to function or those who are unable to love or feel emotion. My understanding and times I feel like I have, it was terrifying dreamstate when I was young it only happen to this day 4 times and lost my sister at 5 and I saw her consumed 2 weeks b4 l. Again 17 dad, 24 lost four brothers in one day in Iraq, 30 wife and son.. only one I can remember not just terrified anxious. I'm new to this, as I've done iboga ritual once and it woke me. I've been having 4d dreams great ones, and had like eight eeg and sleep studies till I was 13 but I had trained myself through " normalcy" subconsciously stopping. From what I've experienced 4d can be hard as we've all calcified our third eye, pedula gland. My experience is the times I break through either medatation or by shaman, i can remember and I feel as I'm changing for the better, happiness and love. But to try to explain, the words dont exisit, to the point I dont try to explain.. but when I break through the rare times. Changes me for the better, a realization of true being and not identity. From crying from beauty and overwhelming love, to absolute terror. You might be getting there, but not breaking through.. most time the 4d will teach you something you've lost, it teaches, or shows how this life nothing, to the beauty of transcendence And inner self. But it's dangerous for naturals to develop high frequency with broken spirit, 4d has bad things and the natural drove mad or to other extremes due to things pushing and talking, they never remember, or bad health weak body , poor conditions other factors. Sorry so long, but I'm intensely working towards enlightenment and unblocking the 3rd eye.. shaman who I was with, I came broken., 3 tour infantry vet, PTSD, night terrors, survivors guilt, shattered knees and back problems, and shrapnel in part of right side. Went from 12 meds to 2 for possible seizures. I was miserable, and now I'm happy. Talking to the shaman and other monks, someone who is naturally contacted or those can access awake usually with feelings of overflowing comfort love it radiates and also feeling euphoria and color spectrum and others things are heightened. Haha I get this way very very occasionally., usually starting with goose bumps, I meditate at 4 complete darkeness and other sensory stimulation to the barest minimum. Saved my life, but if you a gift, learn as much as you can, love self sacrifice are all that matter here, but there is so much more that's past this physical place, and decaying body. Hope I helped.
Ps my tale tale sign my center and spirit where heightened were I'd get these spells of months where I felt completely alone for no reason, throughout my life be surrounded and feel only void and complete loneliness, 2 days then be back.. there are signs.
Rachel Monahan, the 4th dimension has nothing to do with human behavior, the 4th dimension is time. Humans will always be humans and there are many types of humans. Some people are selfish, arrogant and egotistic while the other people are positive, kind and tolerant. I believe humans can do better than fighting, being mean and egotistic. And soon in a couple hundred years we will be going back to the dark ages where there will be lots of wars again. Nature is balance and nature is god, though nature doesn’t tolerate weaknesses but he gave us a smart brain and the responsibility we have, so that the weak can survive, also we are meant to be creative, human can create a lot but also can destroy a lot.
It’s a continuous dream when your physical body is in the twilight zone (4D) but this makes it easier to be able to go up the planes connecting to more beings of light who are in the 5D+

ADHD/Autism/Schizophrenia are all on the SAME spectrum...these so-called disorders are all signs of living in extra dimensions. I have just found this most helpful explanatory video. I am now 76 years old and was a 'walk in' I have spent a whole lifetime in anxiety and confusion as my soul energy was 4d (mental 5d) and living in the 3d was so painful that I closed my heart, causing even more problems of loneliness and isolation, illness and extreme grief. I felt very spiritual when I was younger but always a deep saddness. In feeling the need to be "normal" like other people, I let go of it. The saddness became depression. I could never accept religion or ass kissing or stereotypes or cliques or anything else people succumbed to.

This video is shockingly right because listening in everything that's being said has actually happened to me. Something ive actually learned through my 4d awakening is how to control the "flow" state willingly. I tried it in a multiplayer video game and I was basically unbeatable. I was going against the best players and winning. People i went against kept saying that I was unnaturally "fast" so they thought i was hacking. It's pretty cool. But cuz i had an awakening i have a good responsibility over it and control. I use it to just past the time and as a way to exercise my brain.

Much Love and Gratitude. I am one of those that have been more "aware" than others. Even as a child I debated semantics and honesty with adults. And "won" quite often. This is not meant as"hornblowing", I just wanted to say where I am coming from.
At sixteen years old I was bitten by a rattlesnake. I sensed that my "Consciousness" left my body. Just dissolved away but did not "disincorporate". I remained aware.
I don't know if I "jumped" dimensions or what, but I was suddenly aware of an"Infinite Ocean of Knowing". No dimensions. No substance. No measures. No identities. No labels. No time but "All Time". Had a glimpse of 5th dimension about a year ago. It lasted for about two weeks. It was amazing! Thanks for the insight into this . So encouraging that it was not a fluke but a sign of ascension.

It was amazing. Felt like I understood everything and everyone and nothing really bothered me because it all just made sense. I actually enjoyed my job, was not resentful, replied to aggression with loving kindness. Just felt present, calm, aware, and connected.
Got snapped back to reality when I ran into a family member I thought I could forgive and resolve things with, I wasn't quite there yet.
Oh well, at least now I know it's possible.

They did not mention that there's 12 overtones per dimension and u can not see the dimensions above where ur frequency is vibrating at. the lower 4th dimension is the astral plane, the higher overtones of the 4th is what they are describing as the 5th in this video. 5th dimensional consciousness is enlightenment. It’s a wonder why I have been frustrated lately when I was on the path to really trying to live for my purpose I was mediating eating right & started to focus on my growth but I fell off I let everything I was experiencing inside me from uneasy situation to letting what everyone thought of me to even feeling like I don’t fit in “ This world “ but I simply forgot that this is an 3D world & I started to realize I want to live in pure harmony which is our natural state So I stop the disruptive ways since as drinking smoking & craving sex like everyday to make me feel like I was ok but when it all run out which it will it always be the same until you are completely in tune with yourself

The 2nd Dimension is that of Duality and Polarity, that of separation and unity. But it is one of Shadows, with no substance. It is one of Reflection for it reflects the dual nature of All That Is.
The 1st Dimension is Self Awareness. Self Consciousness. All That Is becomes aware of Itself as Itself.
The 3rd Dimension is everything in between. This forms the substances that we are externally aware of and are experiencing as form and structure. It is all the differences, even to the minutest detail. Twins are not identical for even they differ.
The 4th Dimension is Plasticity, Motion, leading to what we perceive and experience as Time, and Change. But underlying Time is Plasticity. Time cannot exist without Duration, which in turn cannot exist without Then and Now and the Time or Duration between the two moment points.
The 5th Dimension is the Dimension Of Thought, Ideas, Concepts, Opinions, Judgements, Religions, Philosophies, Beliefs, Rituals, Doctrines, Scriptures........ It is a vast realm of abstraction and all humans are already firmly within its grasp. Most people will require many lives still to get out of it for their e-notional and e-motional Beliefs and Opinions will keep them firmly within it. It is a realm of excitement, but it is also false and is indeed the cause of our notion of Reality being Illusionary.
The 6th Dimension. This is where we are truly at. It is the last of the “physical” realms and as such our physical bodies there, are most diffuse, but it is still physical all the same.
The 7th Dimension is the Realm Of the Children Of Light, where Beings can come into Actuallity and leave again at will.
The 8th Dimension Is completely non-physical............
And yet all these dimensions and more, exist within and are a part of All That Is, and the dimensions do not flow from the 1st Dimension towards Infinity, but equally from Infinity towards the 1st Dimension, for indeed Infinity could not exist without the One - quite literally.
And all this is within the All, for the Al is in Truth, the 0.

Quite tricky to totally understand this as your narrative here is in contrary to this post.
Not contrary, just clarifying current common misconceptions about the various Dimensions. We are multi-Dimensional beings and yet no one really understands this Concepts. So I clarify it. Also I indicate the common error of mathematics which states that One, whether positive one or negative one, flows from zero, out of zero. This is of course impossible. Nothing is Nothing. Something cannot flow out of nothing. Therefore One, and everything else, must be contained within Nothing, being a part thereof as a potential until it is recognised - made self aware.
All this is about Nothing simply becoming Aware Of Itself........ and the rest is history.
You may think this is contrary to the video, but if this is what you think, then all you really want here is confirmation and affirmation that he video contents are correct. You do not want additional knowledge or alternative knowledge. And you are right in the way you feel. Your solution then is simply to disregard what I have written, and be at peace. It is easier not to have to think more than what one has already. Remember what I wrote? All humans are already firmly within the clutches of the 5th Dimension.

Josh Andrews the 6th Dimension is what we know or recognise as Space. And as we already understand that we exist within the 1st Dimension as a unique individuality with self-awareness, we also exist as a greater Spacial Being, or Entity within 6D. Our current focus is in 4 D but thru the realm if ideas which is 5D. We are here to express our 5D selves in physical actuality and experience. But we are already within 5D. We don’t need to try so hard to progress into 5D. In fact, 5D is a mental trap within which most people are currently trapped.
Many people will not be reborn into this realm after this life. These people are not necessarily those who meditate in order to escape it. As an example, a person who excels at work such as Nicola Tesla, an artist who excels, a clerk who excels, a farmer who excels in his or her work and is pleased with it will progress.
But a person who meditates only on achieving a higher level of consciousness is often trapped by that idea, that concept, that belief. Our 6D Being is already at a higher level of consciousness. It is not Here in 4D to experience Itself as a 6D entity but to express Its ideas as 4D constructions. It is already at a higher level of consciousness where and as It is and does not need Us to experience Itself as Itself. It needs Us to experience Itself as 5 and 4D expressions of Itself.
As an example, our 6D Self May decide to learn about Health. To do so It may experience Itself in more physical terms as either a Healer, or a sick person, or even as both. This way We as our 6D Self will experience Health from both points of view in very real terms, and learn from both aspects. This is only an example.
And as we do not recognise Space as yet, so do we not recognise our Selves as Spacial Entities Of 6D stuff, yet. Our aim is not to strive for higher levels of consciousness, but to recognise that we ARE already of the 6D. We cannot be otherwise. We are just trapped within the exciting realm of 5D - thoughts, ideas, Concepts, religion, cults, philosophies etc. But this too, is a part of 6D, a tool so to speak.

After fasting for several days I was able to see other possible realities created by the higher collective will of all souls. You can not control which reality will manifest. You can only adjust to the shifts. Being conscious of these collective shifts was a bit overwhelming. I am sometimes aware when a shift occurs however on a lower carnal level there are some realities I like better than others.
