florida seems like a place not to live anymore...sadly.
Wrong, just let them build a quality house for you. Acquaintance of mine has one from reinforced concrete there and it is certified to withstand winds up to 150 mph. She never had a serious problem for 20 years living there. (Just minor damage to AC exhaust etc.)
@@jackwilson5542 That house would not survive a 15 foot storm surge. And even it did who wants to deal with having no power for weeks?
@@keithleeuwen877 I agree .. it’s terrible all the time. 👍
@williamford9564 🤣 but yet bad weather is in every state you go.! Just pick your battles.!
Tornado 🌪
Hurricane 🌀
Snow storm ❄️
Earthquake 🌎
Justsaying also if u noticed georgia will get alot of this.! Not just florida.!
@@pinkrizo3815 Ha ha. Lawyers say never ask a question you don’t know the answer to. I live in central North Carolina. NO HURRICANES NO TORNADOES NO SNOW and NO EARTHQUAKES.
May God’s Holy Spirit collapse this storm
Shut up he sure does let all these bad storms hit all the time huh? But maybe since you said save them hell listen too you on this one storm 😂

Love this man. He is the face when watching Hurricane Andrew come to Miami. He’s so professional and knowledgable.
Baby Andrew, 32 years later. Bryan lived just a couple blocks away in Coconut Grove, and it's amazing the job he did keeping us informed while Andrew was raging, especially considering the limited resources back then. All said, no storms are identical and all continue to be unpredictable. What happens, happens, you move on.
I’ve lived in Florida my whole life 32 years…this is by far the biggest storm I’ve ever seen..
@@Johnny-y4m Hope you don't get to experience it. Andrew was a beast. I experienced Hugo.Utter Decimation.
Andrew was TINY a compact storm so was Hugo you fool!!! THIS ONE IS THE SIZE+WIDTH OF IRMA BY SCALE PROLLY BIGGER!!!
@@KommyToob I heard Hugo was a rough one. I remember how Michael did Mexico Beach, but that's the worse I've witnessed so far🤞.
Than you Bryan
So there’s still a chance that our friend, dry air, will get us out of this jam we think we might be in? It seems like dry air has bedeviled many storms, so maybe this will happen this time too?
They control the weather
Dun dun duunnn lol @@sl4983
My same thought as well
@sl4983 they do actually change it with water seeding which I'm sure has some influence I don't think a lot of people know or would think that. Wouldn't be surprised with anything else either heh.
@@kristenmeunier8574 They also use Nexrads to control.

Helen (Ancient Greek: Ἑλένη, romanized: Helénē[a]), also known as Helen of Troy,[2][3] Helen of Argos, or Helen of Sparta,[4] and in Latin as Helena,[5] was a figure in Greek mythology said to have been the most beautiful woman in the world. She was believed to have been the daughter of Zeus and Leda or Nemesis,

This just means it will be an even bigger storm than original.
Some flooding and power outages in downtown Cancun, felt a bit of its fury overnight, some Wilma memories came back 😵💫 Good luck for our northern folks at Florida and other states in US 🙏
Bob looking hella nervous lol. We here in Atlanta are so cooked if this is higher than a Cat 3
How about FWB or Destin area?
It’s a cat 2

200 miles per hour storm coming
Crazily… you can’t rule it out???
Well there goes the rest of the piss poor service at the Palmetto GA USPS hub. Will never get anything from them again, apparently.
What are you blabbering about
I'm gonna make jambalaya tonight. Who wants some?
So what's to keep this hurricane from strengthening past a Cat 4 right up to Cat 5? Hurricane Michael in 2018 had a very similar track to this storm and it also moved very quickly. Hurricane Michael was notable that ramped much quicker than expected up to a Cat 5.
Absolutely nothing & they religiously under forecast that being said IT HAS THE POTENTIAL 4 SURE!!!…
Michael was horrible 😢
Could you please let us know if this storm Helena is as big as Irma
Irma was 425 miles across whereas this storm is still developing at 350 miles across. Give it time it could get as big or bigger than Irma with the warm waters.
@@michaeldeierhoi4096
Thank you they say she's 500 miles wide..🙏 now...
Hurricane Helene 🌀maintains expansive, with strong winds some cities in Florida 🇺🇸 well got possible of a tropical storm warning ⚠️ and Tallahassee Florida 🇺🇸 is watching of a hurricane watch.
As it travels over warmer water near Florida, it will increase wind speeds to category 4 hurricane. RUN FORREST RUN!!!
