I've never seen anyone do the reflex hammer test like she did. Most of the time they just do one big swing but she does multiple little jabs. Seems surprisingly effective. Cool!
The examiner does not switch hands when using otoscope, which is wrong...Should use otoscope in right hand (holding it like a pencil) for right ear, and in left hand for left ear...

Exam of heart and abdomen should be done from the patient's right side, not the left...
any particular reason for this or is it just a tradition?
I would argue for video demonstration purposes by having her on the right we get to see her face on camera not the back of her head.
