Posted near my hometown in a MSME loan processing centre.. Because of my initial days today I am enjoying banking and I am very happy. I am one of the best loans officer in my zone and everyone knows me. Every CM,AGM Zonal manager sir and GM sir knows me because of my work. I am telling you from my personal experience. Meri sister bhi bank me PO lagi thi 2014 me abhi vo assistant manager hai, shuru me kam km tha pr latest years me bank walon ko quota milne start ho gye, abhi uski salary 1 lakh hai pr vo kehti hai ki abhi jindagi me aur koi tension nhi hai kyunki vo financially free hai... Isliye apko shukrguzaar hona chahiye ki aap ab financially free hai, apke pass govt. Job hai aur dhire dhire apki salary badhti rahegi aur aap promotion loge to aur bhi jaldi badhegi. Tension to bank walon ko aajkal jyada hai kyunki modi government ki vjah se bank walon ko apne kuch target achieve krne padenge har mhine isliye PO walon ko dikkat hogi.... Apko clerk select krna tha taki aap dekh skti ki PO walon ko kitna kaam diya jata hai, clerk walon pr km pressure hai isliye vo khus hai, sirf 10000Rs. Jyada ke liye kaam PO walon ka 4 guna jyada hai, Agar aap clerk hoti to aapko 1-2 sal me promotion bhi mil jata. Banks ke mergers ki vjah se aap pr kam jyada hai, Meri sister pehle vijaya bank me thi aur khus thi kyunki kaam kam tha pr ab merger ke baad bank of baroda me hai isliye kaam jyada hai....
Shiwani mere kandho PR bhi bhoj hai Mai bhi loan provide karata hu ( Tractor loan,cv loan ,CE loan, AL loan,SME loan) etc. Baat bas itni hai aapko loan provide karne ke badle 60k milta hai meko 16k😂 mai wahi hu jo tumhari rrb po ki prediction kiya tha ki cg ka cut off obc ka 50 jayega aur tumhara 54-55 aayega kark bola tha
Exactly same feelings and same happenings happen everyday in my branch.Sometime i thought why did i prepare for this job??Banking job is one of the worst jobs in the world.Staff shortage customers fight illogically in branch just a chaos world.And if anyone trapped into it it is very hard to get out from it.

Pl don't do pre sanction visit alongwith customer. If yet all you are unable to identify on your own, first time go with him and identify and latter you have to identify through by sending location from first time and you have to come back and do independent visit This is good practice.
