it seems a major complaint about this machine is that it won't dry queen size sheets, that it takes 6 hours to dry them, but those who make this complaint fail to realize that is what times dry is for. you just set it for another 30 minutes and usually it's dry. Another complaint was that it didn't deal with pet hair well. We have a dog that sheds and we haven't found the machine full of hair after washing dog blankets. we also sometimes wash other pet things in it and it does amazing at washing these items.
Thanks for your video. Drying has not worked at all thesedays and now I realized that I never clean and drain it...😂 Now it works beautifully.

Drained mine and it dries great now, takes longer than a standard dryer though. Will try drying my clothes out naturally in the backyard soon with this Texas heat before fall and winter starts so I can save some money on electricity

You need to add anti vibration mat underneath. I did to mine and it made a huge difference.

Mine shakes like CRAZY and no longer dries. We had a service technician come out and he couldn't help. 🤷🏻♀️
i know this may seem like a silly question but did you remove the shipping bolts when you first got it? the same thing was happening to mine. literally bouncing on the floor 🙈🙈

Thank you for this review. Im not picky. But i need a washer & dryer on my main floor. I can't go to the basement anymore. The loudness and time are not bothersome to me. The other commodity I've read is that it shakes the whole house. I dint recall if you asdressed this. Have you noticed it is an issue?
Thanks! I live in a mobile home, so yes, when it is spinning it shakes the whole place.
This is typically an issue if the installer didn't remove the four bolts in the back that were required for shipping, but during its operation.
Does this machine spin fast when load sensing? I had the big GE Profile all-in one on a 2nd story and would suddenly Jolt my entire house when load sensing before a wash and shake violently. I'm willing to use a small spin dryer for Spin if this doesn't spin fast on load sensing. 😅

Does anyone know how to open the dryer during the middle of a dry cycle? The door will not unlock.
You can't open it during the dry cycle. Because it has a sensor inside it, it will shut off when it senses the clothes are dry. If they aren't dry, then you can set it for a timed dry for another, at the least, 30 mins.

My machine appeared E2. and it won't start, do you know how I can get it to work again?
E2 usually means uneven load, or the door isn't shut properly.

You cannot stop it in the middle of a cycle. If you want to add clothes it needs to be paused near the beginning of the cycle. It will always stop when the clothes are dry because it has a sensor in it to detect when the clothes are ready. Sometimes the clothes make still be a bit damp when it stops due to steam settling, so just add another 30 mins on the timed dry setting and it will either take 30 mins or less to finish the dry. Hope this helps.

@@firasanko597 hi, yes it's 120 volts. It does not need to be vented outside because it connects to the drain so as it dries, the water it pulls from the clothes drains through the hose.
Press the start button, it will go on pause. When unlock emblem leaves, open it, wait a min then close the door and press no buttons. It will cut itself off within 15min. Did it twice with no problem.
3 hour wash? The size of this is tiny for 3 hours...
I am on literally hour 13 because a thread-sized wad of hair was in the filter. And then spin added water even though i didn't ask it to rinse. And then auto dry re-wet everything and steamed it so my cold-eater delicates got the 3rd smack of ouch-to-touch heat. And now timed dry just dumped it for the 2nd time in 24 minutes
