      It's a really embarrassing commentary on our justice system. When police think it's obvious who the killer is, they get sloppy. Which is great for the defense. Check the Alexander Jackson case. Yep. That's something most people don't catch in this case (certainly not the jurors). Just like the defense expects anyone to believe that either #1: Vannatter & Fuhrman (after first meeting each other) plotted (on the spot) to frame Simpson or #2: Fuhrman & Vannatter decided on their own to just start planting stuff. Like Fuhrman said to Alan Dershowitz on CNN's Crossfire: "You got two conspiracies going now?"

    • @yallmustveforgot
      @yallmustveforgot 10 месяцев назад +4

      @@09rja Exactly. The problem with not deliberating, or honestly even understanding how to deliberate, is that you don't catch these contradictions. The jury was simple minded, and came to their verdict in a simple minded fashion. Never bothered to wonder how the blood got in OJs driveway before he ever got back from Chicago. Never bothered to consider the odds that OJ just happened to cut himself the same night his ex wife is murdered and someone dropped a glove of the SAME hand he was cut on. People don't want to consider the facts because that would lead to them having to acknowledge something that's obvious to the rest of us who aren't lying to ourselves.

    Interesting how Tom Lange demands that everything be beyond reproach in determining not to make an arrest. Sure seems like the accused better be perfect and have perfect answers. But when his department and colleagues make clear mistakes he just sort of says its not consequential. He says it's not a big deal. Except it is a big deal. It's a big deal because he holds people to the very highest standards before he will determine if an arrest is made. It is only right that he and his colleagues be equally held to the standards he so happily applies to the accused.

      The socks weren’t sopping though. The blood hadn’t penetrated the woven fabric. It was deemed a transfer stain from a bloody object being wiped across the sock. Why would he get rid of all the bloody clothes, shoes and weapons but leave the socks behind? He apparently had a really good hiding spot he was able to get to and get home in 20 minutes. How did he drive that car without blood getting on the seats? The gloves came off, he got cut and was bleeding. Blood would be on the extra clothes he would’ve had to have. So there’s more clothes to get rid of because they never found any blood on his clothes. He couldn’t have jumped his own gate and thumped the wall completely covered in blood without leaving any on the wall, AC unit or gate. Nicole was wearing a cocktail dress from earlier and had come out to meet someone that wasn’t OJ or Ron. Maybe Bailey believed he was innocent, like tens of millions of other people do. You guys should petition for feds to conduct an investigation since the LAPD and DAs office mucked this one up so badly.

You’re making some pretty extreme allegations against the lawyers, you must have some piece of evidence nobody else has ever found in the 30 years since the murder to make that statement.

    • @pommiebears

      No…not all evidence is on trial. The prosecution didn’t submit the bronco chase, the suicide letter, or the interview with Lang and vannatter. You can only consider the evidence that has been submitted for consideration. Everything else….is off bounds. So….he’s right. Why didn’t the prosecution put it all in? Because OJ had said he didn’t do it in the interview and during the bronco chase, and in the letter. Marcia Clark is an idiot, because he had also entered a plea of not guilty, which everyone knew as there was a trial! Unbelievable!
