God bless you for making this video. I just bought a property on a slope in Oakland thinking that was the thing to do as water would drain off, but being at the bottom of a large hill I get not only my rear neighbors water but the side neighbor's, too!
I'm just getting started and this was most valuable !! I want to begin with the end in mind, but your emphasis on making the base terrace level really helps !
Hayward!? I'm from Union City. I just moved all the way out to the outskirts of the North Bay where I saw the potential of my backyard... but had a massive hillside slope to deal with. It was too much for myself to DIY so I hired a company to help with my design. Now it's almost time to plant... this video had a lot of great ideas and information. Thanks for sharing! SUBSCRIBED and ready to learn more, COACH!!! 💪📝

Thanks for the nice comment, and thank you for the suggestion. Question though, are you speaking to planting plans for hillsides or for planting plans in general?

Please do a separate video for planting plan... your information was fantastic... as a new Gardner I’d like more details
Thanks for the nice comment, and thank you for the suggestion. Question though, are you speaking to planting plans for hillsides or for planting plans in general?
Great information! Can you do a separate video for plant choice only ... as a new Gardner that would be helpful.

Thanks for watching. I wish I had one to build for you.
Thank you so much coach. Would you please list the ground cover names? As a not native English speaker, it’s hard for me to catch all these names.

Overly wordy, but good information.

Not according to others but thanks for watching.
You had me until, "Get your damn mask on..."
Just common sensical humor. Thanks for your interest.
I watched it anyway……and, masks don’t work.
Sorry... outdoor work should be wholesome. If you can't watch your mouth, I can't listen. I'll learn from someone else.
😂😂😂 can’t please everyone
