Thanks. Worked for me. Took the Spigen case off my 12 Max and it charged fine in my Model Y

I took the case off my 14 and it still doesn’t work. The ports don’t work either. The lights work so there’s power.

Had to take it in for service. They were able to find the connections that were faulty with no charge. Under warranty.

My phone charges for awhile and then it stops. Instead of charging, the phone just gets warm after that.

I got max prox 13 and passenger side works but driver side doesn’t. I do have that thin case so if it works on one side and not the other is Beyond me as to why. I’ll try taking a phone out of the case and see if that’ll help but I shouldn’t have to do that

Same, Aug 2022 Tesla model Y performance iPhone 13 Pro Max. It charges every time on the passenger side but it’s more No than Yes on the driver side

@@JazJonFL if I put my phone upside down it works right away,on drivers side and passenger side. or if I take out of thin case, it works too, shouldn’t have to do that either.

I took it off still doesn't work for me 😭my boyfriend has no problem 🤓 we both have samsung 🤪
