In this video, I will explain why engine glow plug light starts flashing in most of the diesel cars of Volkswagen like in Vento, Polo, Fabia, Skoda Rapid, Skoda Fabia, Skoda Octavia.
I will analyze the Turbo boost control valve also known as N75 Valve or Solenoid Valve.
This Valve is same in Volkswagen Vento 1.6 tdi, and Skoda Rapid 1.6 TDI version.
This valve is non-repairable but you can make it a try.
I will resolve the issue of the Glow plug light in my Skoda rapid TDI.

Bhai… literally yaar mza aa gaya. Just cleaned the plug with petrol and reconnected the pipes now the glow light gone. Skoda Fabia 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I did computer scan, mechanic told four glow plugs need to replace.after change four plugs engine got stuck.my engine complete opened to fix this issue.thank you for your information for others .

Bhai good knowledge given by you I have one query about My vento during driving on road the heater light glow and pick-up is going down . Again I have to restart the car after some kms running same problem occurs. Will you guide me about the solution as my mechanic had checked all the pipes of the car but problem is still present

@aman Thanks a lot bhai... Even i had the same issue with my polo gt tdi... I just followed the same step and it worked after washing the sensor plug with petrol....is lockdown ke time pe Garage v leke nahi jasakta bhai :)

Thanks aman bhai for your effort. l'm jinu from kerala . I have a rapid 1.5 TDI manual. I have problem with boost pressure solenoid valve. It always making noise like tik tik when the engine is running , even at idling. Turbo actuater is working and there is no warning lights. As the valve was making too much noise and becoming super hot, i replaced it with OEM part. But still the problem exist . Please suggest your comment.. Thanks

@@IAmanDhillon Thanks for your kind reply sir .. actually it is getting hot that will burn our hands.actually a technician got burnt from the service centre so they changed it... Checked with my friends rapid . Their solenoid is getting warm but not hot like mine. And at idling, if we hold it, we can feel that the solenoid inside is always making a to and fro movement. Anyway , planning to clean MAF and boost pressure sensors . As per the videos uploaded by you , the solenoid is connected with maf and pressure boost sensors ..
It is not blinking in my car when ignition starts. It starts blinking when I cross the speed of 120 and suddenly pickup drops. I have to turn off and turn on ignition to get pickup again. What will be the problem?
Its a turbo problem bro …you have to change your turbo to solve the problem…by rapid 1.6 tdi owner

I’m having same problem now on my vw scirocco 2.0 tdi, once the car reaches 80mph the glow plug light starts flashing and the car loses boost.

@@gajendrasargara Sell the car immediately for whatever high price you getting or you will have to spend lakhs of rupees for your car. If you love your car and don't want to sell the car, it will stop one day on road while you're with your family and have to tow to nearest mechanic shop or showroom for service. It will be there for days, months and may take a year in that work shop, you will have to spend money like anything in that time and it will make you hate your car

1) Same indication signal showing on my skoda rapid car...
2) and continually getting selfmotor issue...recently repaired selfmotor..with in 3 months again self motor is getting problem
Make a full car scan once and check for the fault codes.
2nd use genuine parts it will not cause blunder in future.
Ask the mechanic to use genuine parts for self motor.

My Engine Glow Plug is also Flashing, my code is P00AF00.
After stopping the engine, everything is ok again for about 5 or 50 km or 100 km.
Then the error comes up again.

I have Skoda 2013 Stage 1 done. Have driven 2000km after doing so. I have just changed the battery and then all of sudden speedometer stopped and glowplug signing on. There is no pickup issue at all. Only kilometre reading stalled. Checked the ECM terminals, no ABS sensor issue detected. On scanner Speed is showing, checked speed needle motor on scanner Ok. What to check ?? All error codes are erasing but Error code P061000 cannot be cleared. What to do ??

Hi Sir, exactly the component.. N75 valve is getting heated.. there was glow plug indicator glowing on dashboard. After cleaning the way you have shown indicator is not coming now.. but heating at valve is there.. is this normal?

Can you clearly show where to press to open that plug, seems that is important otherwise can't do anything. My car is getting started but the coil lamp and another light ( steering related I think ) on left side and ABS remains on. Is it okay to drive.
Boss, firstly I will suggest you to visit a mechanic soon, as in the video the fault was in the N75 valve in my case. But in your case the problem is with th ABS and may be with the steering rack as you mentioned earlier.
If there would be any kind of problem in the car, coil light will start blinking instantly , in order to check it where is the faut you will have to perform a OBD scanning.

1. Gaadi chalne pe 110-120KM/HR speed pe chala tho speed sudden drop ho ra hai 80km/hr aur coil symbol aata hai. Gaadi restart kare tho teek hota hai .
2. Check engine light chalne time pe aara hai oil pump aur oil switch change kiya .
Signal 2 baar aagaya gaadi bahar tha aur bahut gharmi that 34degree temperature tha vo time pe aaya
200 km chalaane ke baadh aur ek baar aaya kya Karna batao Bhai
Bhai pehle scan krwao proper fault code pta lgega fir e kaam hoga.

vento main engine glow wala sign aaraha hai..scanning main air mass sensor flow main problem bata raha hai...gadi chalne main koi dikkat nahi hai..band karke chalu karne par sign chala jata hai or thodi der baad fir aajata hai
MAF sensor ko clean kr k lagao ik bar, throttle body cleaner lelo market se us se clean krna aur fir ache se lga kr ignition 2-3 bar on off krke car start krke dekho.
I’ve just bought an obd scanner specifically for my 2012 Skoda Octavia because of same problem, glow plug warning light coming on - mechanic advised me the same thing, it’s not necessarily the plugs, could be a number of other issues.
Question; I’ve never used a scanner before, would it be able to identify an issue with a dirty connector, or would it be fooled into reporting a problem with something else ?
Which scanner u r using and if it is working like linking with ur phone and ecu properly it will give u the exact fault codes stored there in the ECU.

What's the cost of this turbo boost valve(aftermarket)? I have same problem, knocking on the valve temperorily solve the problem.
Do no use aftermarket, Use original one. And check the wiring once may be the wires in the connectors are crack, causing short circuit.
The VW service centere in dealerships have no brain at all . I have to explain them to clean the plug for their part. And they are scanning and saying there was no Glow plug error even tough i faced it 4 days back when engine was not starting and after 1 day the issue resolved itself.

Bro 1st of all check the turbo core if it is ok then step by step chck the vacuum lines, then clean the boost pressure sensor.

hello bhai, wo wires jo wo plug ko connect kare wo cut hogaye rite bite se. kya hame vo pura wire change karna padega ya usko phirse tape use karke connect kar sakte hai .
Aap jese bhi krke connect kr do hilni ni chahiye short circuit nhi hona chahiye bs aur koi problm nhi hai.

In my polo when i switch on the key it's not coming, but after ingestion when I go above 2500RPM it's start to blink and after can even touch 100 kmph, what might be the issue please let me know
There may be multiple reasons for this, the ecm is not activating the turbo, there might be some problem in the sensors or may be in the wiring. If any of the sensor will stop working properly, ecm willl generate an error. I will suggest you to perform a scanning of your car. Once diagnosed send me the screenshot of the error codes then I will tell you what to do further.

There can be multiple reasons for the glow plug light once it flashes the turbo will not operate and you will not get that thump or thrust of power as before, so inspection is needed.

Nope brother. In my case the fsult is related to N75 valve thats why I did that. It depends on the fault code, which part, component or sensor is misbehaving.

Glow plug light flashing and MIL came on.
Got the error checked and says p020300 error.

@@asadeep99 This Skoda and Volkswagen cars are really high maintenance cars bro. I had to replace all the 4 fuel injectors and in kolkata 2nd hand injector costs around 12k each, so totally I had to spend 50k approx to get my car back to normal. Finally I sold my car few days before. Really bad experience with Skoda.
