The Himiko Song was announced fairly early on. If I remember correctly it was even before the Nagito Song. Obviously I was looking forward to it and it did not disappoint. So right after it was out I started making the art for my cover.
It went really smoothly and I was done with most of it just a few hours after the premiere! While we are on topic of the premiere. It was really fun. Sacrificing mostly Miu, since she interrupted Himiko with her own song. And of course we had a lot of magic Nyehs!
The day after, I did the whole recording and mixing of the Cover. It took me a few hours, since I wasn't completly familiar with the lyrics and melody for every single part yet, but I did enjoy singing as Himiko!
I also put some little secrets in my cover when it comes to voice acting. I have Angie and Tenko singing in some parts of the song in the background, as well as all four participants of the Seance singing the Caged Child Lyric, which was expertly placed in the song by it's original creator ‪@MckiRobynsP‬
