Im new to keto...are these recipies actually keto? They seem quite heavy on carbs to me?? I was just eating cabbage, broc, cauli and asparagus and spinach. I thought all root veg were too high in carbs to eat more than a teensy bit maybe? And that nuts were high carb but ok to eat a couple as high fat also? Im obviously very Low carb and maybe dont need to be? Or these recipies arent keto ?? Confused!
How do you get your calcium, your iron, vit. B12, vit. A, vit. D, vit. K2, vit. B6, vit. B2, selenium, zinc, manganese, iodine...? I have been Keto for 5 years now but I would never go vegan.
Plant foods have these? Or our bodies metabolize them from plants? There are B12 supplements if you don't eat fortified nootch? Maybe do a Google search to learn more about nutrition?

Psyllium husk powder could help with binding but might not be strong enough for this recipe as the ingredients are quite chunky.

Why do you need to sauté all veggies separately? Can you simply sauté them together to save time?
I prefer to cook them separately as they all require different amount of cooking time. You can certainly saute them together for sure.
