This is a repost from a couple of years ago, correct? You mention 2022 and comment on rates on the climb higher. What shall we expect in 2025 if rates may now be on the retreat? Good time to lock in a MYGA? Or, IYHO, is there time to layer into a few MYGA's with the uncertainty that will unravel. After a 'Physical' review of my annuity options, I realized 'You're the One That I Want' to help me. Your advice is 'Magic,' and I'm 'Hopelessly Devoted to You' for making my financial future 'A Little More Love'-ly!"

Thank you for the great comment and for your continued trust! Yes, this is a repost from a couple of years ago, and you're right that in the original video, I mentioned 2022 and the rates climbing higher. As we move into 2025 with the possibility of rates retreating, it's a great time to assess whether locking in a Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity makes sense for your strategy. There could still be opportunities to layer in a few MYGAs, depending on how the markets unfold.
I’d love to help you dive deeper into your options. Let’s schedule a call to review everything, and we’ll provide personalized advice for your situation. And by the way, your references to 'Grease' and the songs gave me a good laugh-appreciate the love! I’m here to make sure your financial future is just as ‘lovely’ as you deserve!

64 years old. Just retired. Would like to buy a $250k MYGA and peel off the interest monthly. Ive done a lot of research on MYGA's, and have decided that it's the way I want to go, but am really nervous about writing a insurance company a $250k check. Should I be concerned or not? I've talked to one of you agents and she wasnt very helpful. SHe basically waited for me to ask a question, then only gave very short answers without going in depth.

@@StanTheAnnuityMan Her name was Stephanie. She just seemed like she was wanting to hurry. I need this explained in detail like Im a 3rd grader. I'm not a financial advisor. Bottom line for me is...I need to know how to get started and within reason, absolute certainty that my money will be secure until the end of the contract. It will be about half of what my wife and I have saved over the past 10 years, so it's a little nervous handing it over to a new "venture". FYI, I also have a pension every month so it's not all we have.
