I love how, no matter how crappy or boring the hike seems (at the moment), you always take a minute to soak in the scenery.
There’s always something beautiful- even if it’s harder to find!
Really enjoyed following your HexaTrek walk, and great to see you in my part of the world doing TA now. Once you get a bit more through TA it would be great to hear your thoughts comparing and contrasting the two. I walked TA last summer and thinking about doing the HexaTrek, so keen to know what you think.
@@jasonroxburgh9194 Thanks for watching! Yes they are suuuuch different trails it’s almost hard to compare!
Those mountains tho 💛✨
And in this episode, Lauren broke the smile meter … your happiness stole the show.👏
Always happy in the mountains!! 😁
Your very cute like an angel, in the buetiful wild flowers along the way.
the scenery captured and the back ground music, feels like ,
You're showing us a part of the garden of Eden every step of the way
Adams doing a good job too, the angel we see floating about in the videos too.
Wonderful to come along on your hike. It is so beautiful out there😊😊😊
Yes, thank you 🙏🏼 it’s a gorgeous country!
OMG, you went thru Wellington, I missed you by 10 minutes when you went to Bivouac. Can't wait for the next Video. L8rs!
Ah damn! Just missed each other!
I'm glad the sun came out! 😊
Keeping feet dry doesn't seem possible on this trail...
I also like the huts you run into where you can camp! 😊
Looking forward to the next episode.
Have a great Sunday. Maybe it's Monday for you already!
Kaat
Dry feet is impossible! But thankfully the huts are so nice! 😊
Hi. The very southern part of the TA is very close to Fiordland; one of the wettest parts of the planet so no surprise you've copped some rainfall. I'm a local North Islander and did the TA (South Island) a couple of years back and actually started at the Mavora Lakes (going north) to avoid all those mud-clogged hills further to the south. I wouldn't recommend this for those from overseas, as then of course you haven't really completed it but in all fairness the first (or last) part of the South Island isn't quite up there with the Southern Alps proper which you're now just about in. Really great filming too....almost as if I was there again!
Exactly! The mud is all part of the experience haha but also happy to be out of it for a while :)
Such beautiful scenery!
It really is!
Another awesome video, such a beautiful place with lots of rivers . Living near the panhandle of Texas, we don't get to see any of that. it's all flat and sandy and dry, lol
No kidding! Very different than Texas for sure!
coffee for u! A handful of NOBO's about Silver C.....
Thank you so much!! Yeah I’m definitely at the back of the pack haha
