For lyrics, I have been writing songs for over 40 years, therefore I had over 2 years on content before I started posting my songs. If you don't have a lot of content, you can partner with individuals who write lyrics or keep practicing until words flow easily. Good times to hear lyrics are first thing in the morning (I have song playing in my mind when I wake up at night and in the morning - ones that have not been written/produced yet, I take notes and then complete them as soon as I have time), while taking walks, or, common for many creators, in a shower. For music editing, Audacity is a great program, but there are many more. For video editing, DaVinci is a great tool, but again there are many more, so it really depends on the preference. Over the last decade I tried and used most of the main tools for my own content and to help clients with theirs - there are a number of nuances of what works best for each team. For me the most important is lyrics, as this is your key knowledge - things you know better than anyone else because you lived through them or you trained and have expertise in them. I write only in what I have deep expertise in, unless I share past stories or partner with others. I have released the content I had built first, and you will see more of the co-created content coming up from more recent work. In short, pick a topic for your songs that you know really deeply and that resonates so deeply with you that you and team feel good about investing 10-20 hours per song to guide others to go through the challenges that you have been through and found a better way, which then can help others not to have to go through the pain and suffering that it takes most of us to learn.
