Australian citizens party covered the commerce commission's sugestion to unthrottle kiwi bank last week, Robbie also said the big four make more money out of kiwis than they do out of Aussies.
As for that "it's all about our customers and giving them great service" - rubbish! It's all about profit if you've been following it, they've been caught in a lot of dodgy stuff and the rba has been trying to fob off the responsibility of regulating them onto other's. Australia is trying to follow the kiwibank model to get around their duplicity.
If $100 in cash is spent in the community the $100 is still in the community Decades later, however by using a debit card its only a small matter of time before the Banks have it all through fees!
