📌 The Talking NPC description from Roblox:
Chat casually with an NPC (Non-Playable Character) who has a special A.I. in bot chat and can answer most of your questions. This NPC can chat with you without severe sentences, making you comfortable chatting.
This NPC can memorize simple things, such as names, favorite stuff that the player likes, etc. He can also do simple math and play games. He has flexible schedules in his routine in this experience. Sometimes, he's wild about unexpected events.
Although some questions might confuse him, the NPC is still trying to learn from your messages. As long as you don't do witless things, everything will be fine.

22:35 i discovered another way to get it, get out of bob's apartment, then go to the apartment where on the window you can see a button, press it and go to the last floor up, theres a knife, wait to the missile to explode and grab the knife.
24:13 if you grab a sword it will be like called super massive zombie went wrong and it will be a neverending war if you grab that sword

You dont talk to the npc
And then wait until he chats 10 times and get the sword while at work and when he chats /Call 911 you kill bob and say " Hi bob " 2 times. You might get the badge.

I cant get the "we're done" badge when i say "hey ugly whats our friendship points?" Bob says "our friendship is 11 value when i ask him "are we friends?" He says "yes ofc we are :)" is there another way to get the badge?
You see a sword at top right shelf if you get that the FBI come again
