to me even the most upbeat twenty one pilots songs sound depressing as hell bc i don't read into the music itself, i read into the lyrics. every song by twenty one pilots has a depressing meaning behind it, and it's the reason i love them so much. it sounds like mainstream music to everyone else, but to me it's something much, much deeper. name a twenty one pilots song, and i'll give the horrifically spectacular meaning behind it.
OliviasWorld Yes! Every tøp or NPI song means something to me. Whether its on an emotional or religious level. I remember the first ever time I properly listened to Tøp and it was this song; i immediately started crying. I love this band, and im so thankful for it and Josh and Tyler.
