Finally a video I can give a little bit of advice.....Chris take a mental note of the main wind direction has you are taking down a lot of trees that are acting has a wind break take the trees away and the trees you are leaving will be taking the full brunt force of the wind which in turn could blow over the existing trees on to the old homestead or even the new build.....people never take this into consideration I used to estimate insurance claims and its nearly always the same thing removed some trees left the odd nice one near or close to the home and without surrounding trees for protection from wind hurricane tornado etc they go over pretty easy.....hope this info helps out...Stay Safe LD18

there are 2 trees that are marked as save that the owner might want to reconsider...the maple with the rotten spot and the tall oak tree just beyond the maple.... the rot on the maple is probably just as bad on the inside as what you see on the outside and the tall oak has a least 2 very long dead branches visible part way up the trunk...there are 2 other large dead branches stuck in the ground may have came from the oak tree... these "widow makers" indicate that the tree is in decline and can become more dangerous as the branches die off
