Sorry I don't agree...the boat in general was HORRIBLE...The ONLY good thing was the poor staff that had to make it up because of the poor cruise...the entertainment was great, the food is the worst..im still waiting for my ship credit they owe me from Aug 2023...I would never ever do this ship again
Laura, what exactly are disagreeing with? Everything you’re saying are points that he made: amazing staff, great entertainment, glitchy experience, terrible food. It’s clear he didn’t have as bad of a time as you did, but he said himself that this was far from his favorite cruise.
Good morning Laura. I’m sorry you had such a bad experience. MSC has its quirks, and I’ve learned to just roll with things as best as I can. This sailing in September was probably the glitchiest of any of my 30 cruises so far, but it was a much better experience when I went in March of 2023. I’ve heard horror stories about credits/refunds taking months to process through, which is definitely not okay. Anyway, MSC isn’t for everyone, so I hope you find a line/experience that meets your needs/expectations, and thanks so much for watching ☺️
