I had my first experience with mushroom medicine recently and my meditation experience was profound. I took a medium-sized dose and was able to meditate for 3-4 hours, and experienced exactly what you described: Instead of my mind being a tornado of thoughts and emotions all fighting for my attention, I was calm, alert, detached from the "pendulum of emotions" and instead sitting in a place of lightness and joy as I observed and explored the topics and memories and thought patterns that weigh my mind and nervous system. It was PROFOUND. To be able to have a single stream of thoughts while feeling a warm sense of peace and love within myself, while also alchemizing / healing the heaviest parts of myself AND being able to see more visual cues was a blessing!

You spoke to my soul, this has been a crazy enlightening last few months. I have a habit of saving videos I come across for later and use my intuition to watch them if/when its time. Sometimes the message is for a loved one but lately I've been finding them exactly when I need them and this one was definitely meant for today. I'm trying to go back to my roots and the last 3 days I'm being pulled back to my native american heritage on my mom's side, I dont know much about my father but I think he was middle eastern descent and I recently started getting all sorts of strange imagery popping in my head. I need to learn the symbols/omen reading to fully understand but everything else is coming to me like when you look at the night sky and can clearly see every star and constellation without clouds. Things are coming together beautifully and the more I look into my ancestors the deeper and clearer things are. I'm called to healing intuitively and originally I thought reiki was supposed to be my path but I'm seeing a different thing emerging that I'm still not fully aware of, but its trickling in each day when I clear my mind and in dreams. Its very cool and I'm embracing it with the excitement of a child. As soon as you said, "change this energy that's coming with me" I immediately thought 6 of swords and what I recently wrote in terms of Jon Kabat-Zinn's quote "wherever you go there you are". A lot of people look at 6 of swords and immediately think "moving to calmer waters" but you take yourself and your energy with you to those calmer waters. I claim this message as confirmation. I have walked through the pits of fire for a very long time. Blind to the truth of things that were there right in front of me. That third eye opening is no joke nor a walk in the park. It reveals the deepest layers and truths, that I had to face, things I could no longer deny 👁 I was so emotionally reactive and had to talk to get things out of my system. Almost a year into what I would call "self isolation" I am much better at observing and working through with a mind where I try to focus on observing my feelings and why I feel them rather than acting or reacting to them. The healing work is in my mind, an ongoing process that will probably continue until I leave this earth.
I see things much clearer and the lessons I have learnt have not been easy, but we're necessary because without them, I would have no idea of the direction I wanted to go in and more importantly, the direction I know I don't want.

Thank you. It was a long time in solitary confinement, self imposed. I have been sensing the subtle shifts in the last two weeks and my work best friend said something around that this past week.
I used sanne the witch (a swedish witch) ancient earth Viking energy meditation... used the meditation to rework my root chakra... lot of trauma cleared there. And the first card with shield and sword was a hook in my past connected to a karmic encester ... forgiven and forgiven myself... disconnected from it so came lose. I understand creating using meditation ( highest possible timeline)
Indeed I can not even remember how long I am here in this solitair situation... run almost out of everything and drink alot of water during meditation. I want to help others reaching in this original human state of being

i was just outside a few moments ago. it's preparing to storm, and i watched my trees bend and flex. i've been learning from a beadwork master on youtube and she mentioned that if you pull the string and beads too taut then down the line they will snap and break instead of flexing. it's something i've always heard, you know. to bend like willow and flex instead of breaking. but it's something that's been really on my mind recently.
