Hello. Čiūto-tūto is our folklore, which was used in Lithuanian folklore songs and dances, such magical incantations (such as spells and rituals) that, when repeated constantly, help to hear the voice of your heart and return to yourself. The orange color symbolizes amber (which is called Lithuanian gold). The song has many small hints to our cultural heritage and history 💛💚❤.
Technically, the čiūto tūto (chooto tooto) part is supposed to be happy. Monika said she's singing about and to her past self when she was struggling with anxieties. She's basically telling the younger Monika to wait for her to become as strong as the current Monika is and that it ain't easy to love herself. Hence the "heart is bleeding" turns to "heart is beating" during the chorus. Čiūto tūto is said to have been used in Lithuanian folklore as a means to connect to one's inner self and to enter the state of serenity. Some say it symbolizes the sound of a beating heart. :)
Honestly the first time watching it I feel underwhelmed, but now I like it more. Definitely a grower for me. Lithuania is one of the countries that I want to see doing well, so I will be rooting for her ❤️ She looks familiar because she represented Lithuania before 😅 but it was part of a duet.
A great ballade. Verry well sung. Thumbs up.

My favourite so far this year ☺️
She's a returning artist. She sang "This Time" in a duet at ESC 2015.
I remember that. She was with that hot guy from Lithuania who spoke at that time at least great English. The hot guy is called Vaidas Baumila, right?
@@eliasnjetski1146 the hot guy lol
