"Crispy Cheese Crackers"
1/2 cup (60g) plain flour
2 tbsp (30g) unsalted butter
1/2 cup (55g) cheddar cheese, grated
1/8 tsp salt
1) Blend all ingredients.
2) Wrap mix in cling film.
3) Refrigerate for 30m.
4) Roll out into 3 ml thickness.
5) Cut shapes with cookie cutter.
6) Place on prepared baking sheet.
7) Bake, in preheated oven,
at 180C/356F for 8-10m.
