NUNA RAVA VS. NUNA EXEC COMPARISON
Until recently, kids may have used three different Nuna car seats in their lifetime: the Nuna Pipa infant car seat, the Nuna Rava convertible car seat, and the Nuna Aace booster seat.
But now, Nuna has a single car seat that acts as all three.
The Exec transitions from rear-facing to forward-facing to booster seat, growing with your child for more than 8 years-from 5 pounds all the way to 120 pounds.
In this Nuna Rava vs. Nuna Exec video, we'll compare:
- Differences and similarities between Nuna Rava and Exec
- Installation
- Weight and height specifications
- Colors and fabrics
- And more!
I’m so glad I found you. I almost got into bad accident today and had my 3 year old grandson in the car. And if we had gotten hit, his current car seat would’ve racked and fell apart.
I wish I could get the exec cause I love the anti rebound bar feature. but I’m getting the rava cause it’s what I can afford
Both are fantastic options, we hope you love your Nuna RAVA!

@@Strolleria I loved the Rava’s very high safety ratings and I’m driving a kiddo who isn’t mine so safety was very important to me. I’m glad I have it now
@@hannahscott6604 Glad you love your Nuna RAVA!!
My concern about the Exec is I've seen complaints about the child not having leg space when used in the rear facing position. As you can see the anti rebound bar goes straight up cutting off all the leg space. Do people end up exchanging it for the Rava?
Great question! We would suggest that you read the reviews from our customers who use the EXEC, available to see at the bottom of the product page linked below. Interestingly, several customers note that their children who are tall for their age are comfortable in the rear-facing configuration:

So helpful! Thank you.
We're glad to hear that, thank you for your feedback!
If we have two cars do you recommend moving this often between cars? Or purchasing two seats?
Good question! While both the RAVA and EXEC could be relatively easy to switch between vehicles occasionally, if you frequently use both cars you may prefer to have one for each vehicle to save time and effort. You can save with our Rewards Program to help offset the costs of purchasing more than one, read more here:

I have an old Honda Accord 2013 sedan do you think exec will fit on my car?
Thank you for your interest in the EXEC! While we can't speak to how a car seat may fit in a specific vehicle model / year, here are the product dimensions which may be helpful:
22.5" L X 18.5" W X 26-33 in
You could see if a local retailer has this available to try in your vehicle before purchasing as well. If you have any further questions, please contact our team at customercare@strolleria.com or (480) 442-9433 - thank you!
Is the exec significantly slimmer than the RAVA? we are trying to decide which to get for our second child, as we have limited space in our car.
The EXEC is around 18.5" W, so could make it easier to install two car seats side by side in some vehicles! The narrowest options we carry are the Clek Foonf and Fllo at 17" W:

Whats the crash rating of the exex cant find that anywhere?
You should also know that the Rava does not boast no flame resistant chamicals which have been associated with things like lowered iq and cancer.
Both the Nuna RAVA and Nuna EXEC in the United States are free of flame repellant chemicals as confirmed by the manufacturer! Because the EXEC is a newer product, reviews may not be available yet from independent testing companies.
@@Strolleria i meant the exex but your response covers both thank you
@@johnrinehart2012 Happy to help, thanks for reaching out!
Does the nuna Exec have a handle to use to carry as an infant?
It does not, sorry! This is not designed like an infant car seat (such as the Nuna PIPA or PIPA Lite models) which will be more portable during baby's first year.
What is the age for the rava? New born up to ?
The Nuna RAVA can be used from 5lbs up to 50lbs rear facing and up to 65lbs forward facing, and up to 49" tall.
How do you get this into a car when traveling
Both the RAVA and EXEC can easily be installed in a car with just a seatbelt! They will just be heavier when traveling.
@@Strolleria without and with a base?
@@miaeba The Rava and Exec are not like an infant car seat where the base is able to detach, so the base will always be connected!
Wich one is more comfortable?
Both the RAVA and EXEC are designed to be comfortable and cushioned seats to support a newborn into their toddlerhood and beyond!
Quite good video, awesome! Would you like to be RUclips friends? :]
Is there anyway i can loosen the crotch buckle on the nuna rava carseat?
Yes, the RAVA has an adjustable crotch buckle!
Is there any instructions ?
@@vgiron23 Yes, in your user manual you'll find directions for this!
