No authorities can get you there without written cooperation from all the countries the international water treaty touches (impossible to do).😎

This was carried out by a group of ex-Special Forces mercenaries. Too well planned and executed for regular street criminals to pull off. They had plenty of money to work with for planning, training, equipment and inside intell. on the 'Fly's' schedule and movements. They also had a carefully crafted escape plan with many accomplices ready to make them 'disappear' into thin air. This operation took a lot of time and money to set up and execute. It will be interesting to see how it unfolds.

Very easy to say with hindsight from the confort of one's living-room, but the escort in the second vehicle could've reacted much better.
Not easy to tell for sure from the video, but it looks like there was room for them to get past the main van which was rammed. Ideally, as soon as they realised the front vehicle was being attacked, they would've gotten around the main van and the attackers' car to return fire from a different direction rather than staying where they were, wedged between the toll boots where they were sitting ducks.
They obviously thought the attack was coming only from the front when in fact they were attacked from behind too.
I'm not sure what type of training these guards receive, but I reckon it's not exactly great.
