@@M96CLC hello, I want to inform you that the white (positive) light on the top does actually flash, although on the recording, because of the filming angle it may not seem like it is flashing. most crossings have this kind of white light, ones not having it being kinda rare. but it does flash white.

Já bych řekl že hlučný zvonek je důležitý. Výstraha musí být i slyšet ne jen vidět.
I think loud bell is very important. Warning must be audible too, not only visible.
