The property market is going to crash 💥 in 2021
That’s what everyone keeps saying and subsequently basing their investment decisions on
They also said it through out this year but I don’t focus too much on factors outside of my control and this year is a prime example why
The blood bath everyone expected didn’t happen but I managed to secure ‘crash’ price deals by convincing sellers that the crash is here and factored in discounts based on the perception of where the market is going to be in the coming months and years
So if the property market did crash I’m good as I bought at crash prices anyway and if it doesn’t well I’m winning big time
In the current situation I’m winning big time because the market continued to rise and the expected blood bath never came
It may come next year, it may come the year after or it may not but you can’t base your investment decisions on that, as you might find your sitting on the sidelines for a very long time
Focus on making deals that are great today and in a worst case still decent in the future
