In 1994 after Rutgers got a score against Army, the Scarlet Knight got so excited that he rode his horse onto the field and down the sideline and Rutgers got an unsportsman penalty. One of the worst penalties ever. Everyone cheered though lol
Sing happened in the 1985 Orange bowl Washington vs Oklahoma the sooner schooner ran onto the field it cost in Oklahoma first down Washington went on to win

Hey tell Jedd it’s not rocket science you have ball on the two yard line you put a offensive or defensive lineman in as a fullback to block and hand the damn ball off to Coleman come on
The name of the game is POINTS… What this analysis fails to point out is what Rutgers was doing on defense. They denied the quick strike deep ball with a deadly accurate QB and WR group. That is WHY Washington got all those underneath yards passing and had amore effective running game and it LOOKS the way it does. They PLAYED D that way… Rutgers instead could have played a much tighter D and given up less total yards but would have been more susceptible to the deep ball and very likely allowing a great QB and WR group to score more. Masterclass on D regarding “bend but don’t break” by Schiano and Harasymiak. 10/10 I will take seeding more yards for less points than more points but winning the yardage battle. Rutgers tightened up in the red zone and you cannot deny that. Also the kicker missed FGs but that wasn’t luck… He isn’t that good… That is the same as having an inaccurate QB that cannot hit their WR and not getting into the Endzone and losing because of that, which would be silly. Mental toughness, focus and awareness are all part of the game along with execution. Washington lacked that too… The better team and better coaching won.
Okay Rutgers but don't be so full of yourself I find it fulfilling that these nobody teams are jumping on a young Washington husky team being undefeated for the most part the last 2 years now all the sudden you're better than Washington when's the last time you've been to the cfp playoffs a Rose bowl doesn't the Big ten championship go to the Rose bowl I've never seen Rutgers in a Rose bowl the list goes on Rutgers you're not that good
@@tjth3goa170 nope it's just I know how to act like I've been there I'm like you you're the kid that wins one game and runs home with his ball Washington's the kind of team that's played for national championships win or lose we've been there to the big dance you've never have
@@jamesfarnan7456 what are you talking about… I’m just saying Rutgers didn’t win by LUCK… It was a solid game by both teams, but I clearly explained the BS excuse about (MORE yardage = better Washington should have won and Rutgers is lucky argument). You sound like a Syracuse fan now. Rutgers has been playing football longer than anyone (not at this level) but JUST started to really invest. The days of the Patriot League and Ivy League investment and then playing teams at this level are over, so get used to a B1G level squad. With all that said Washington is VERY GOOD and will win next week against Michigan.
Most frustrating was when we had 12 men on the field again Michigan in I think 2002 lost on a last second field goal after they missed and got to retake it because of the penalty
what is that tone? talk down to a team when they beat you?!!!! How about looking within and have players that understand situation and discipline. The only number that matters is the final score.
Agreed. It’s made out to be like Rutgers didn’t even put anyone out on the field. They executed when they needed and made enough plays. They actually didn’t have their best game…. Lots of drops (should have had a TD on one) and let’s not forget 1/2 the D is missing or injured. Rutgers also outcoached regarding the chess match with timeouts. With that said… Washington is VERY good and will beat Michigan.
Keep on sticking brother that hasn't worked in over 3 years you can't beat Washington don't forget don't forget Washington's all-time against Oregon 68-41 nice cope though😮!!
And you still have not beat the Huskies in 3 years do you think you're good because you beat UCLA who was the national championship game last year😊 who lost the pac-12 championship game who's your dad?? U-Dub
@@jamesfarnan7456 good job you won 3 games honestly i understand why the huskies are so happy about those wins considering oregon has had our meat in yalls mouth the last 25 years im honestly happy for the huskies because our one sided rivalry was just getting sad bro

Discipline is part of the game. If not for a fantastic play on 4th down they would’ve lost by 11.
You lost because you lost👋😁
Someone in Oregon (a Duck fan) has a Husky voodoo doll, and they're sitting home sticking pins in it!🪡
