Actually, there is a thing in your setting that allows you to connect a mouse and keyboard. Once you have connected them, a mouse cursor shows up and you can modify the settings of your keyboard. You can play fortnite like on a PC simply with a mouse and keyboard connected.

I have never seen Ninja carry meds, he carries only shields, can anyone explain why? I carry both always, I thought both were equally important.
He doesn't usually take damage in his health... Just his shield. So meds are waste of space when you're good enough to barely get hit
Infinite Curiosity bc the mini shied take just 3s to be used whereas meds take 5 n 10 s, so during a fight it's more interesting to have shields, moreover he can easily found bandage ( sry for my bad english im french xd )
I'm no pro but my guess is that shields take priority over health when taking damage (unless you take fall damage). I think it's also quicker to use a mini than it is to use a bandage (not entirely sure about this one)
I prioritize shield because usually if i win a gunfight and lose health, the person i kill has some sort of med for me to heal where-as shields are harder to come by. Shields are also easier to use in the midst of a battle. All in all: kill bad players, bad players carry meds, use their meds.
Infinite Curiosity nope, for any type of battle, shields are better, why? Because they give you a reasonable amount of health more in a minor time. Minishields, shields, medkits and bandages its the best order for carrying them and the chug jug depends by the moment, i usually like to use it instantly to be max health, because taking it in mid battle its almots impossible.😁👍🏻
