    Sir, I had a doubt. I did not understand how more electrons are injected due to the change in the concentration gradient in base region.

      first of all you write the defination of base-width modulation and then draw the diagram of transistor and explain that every this which sir shows us in lecture relate to CB for example you can start with telling that with the increase of base collector voltage reverse will increase and with its increase w is increase and the explain the concept of effective width and more

      suppose 100 charge carrier hain 10mm area mein. Now i decrease area 5mm for same charge carrier. so they will be much closer now and concentration increases.

      Uska yeh mtlb hai ki kam jagh mai charges pass pass aa jaenge
