Sir what should we have to write in the exam in this question. What is early effect ? explain how it affects the bjt characteristic in CB configuration
first of all you write the defination of base-width modulation and then draw the diagram of transistor and explain that every this which sir shows us in lecture relate to CB for example you can start with telling that with the increase of base collector voltage reverse will increase and with its increase w is increase and the explain the concept of effective width and more

suppose 100 charge carrier hain 10mm area mein. Now i decrease area 5mm for same charge carrier. so they will be much closer now and concentration increases.
