I dont think there will be an EN version lol, this is a collab with ASCA (japanese artist, they're quite famous and have made a few anime OPs as well).
Pretty sure this is licensed for the Wuwa video, don't think anyone will be able to be making covers of it.

I love how it zoomed in rover's face to show his very serious looked desparately trying to save Shorekeeper. And then after she was saved, she gave the most beautiful smile.
Kuro better make SK show in future stories and events and not forget her after this patch.

I can't help feeling that Rover and the Shorekeeper have something deeper going on between them, if you think of all that we as Rover go through to rescue Shorekeeper and also if you go to the Wuthering Waves You Tube channel, there is a video posted on there called 'What Dreams Imply' and you have a short narrative from Shorekeeper talking about her feelings and dreams of Rover, I think there may be a kind of love story between them ...
