  • We wake up at the North Face car park after a night of heavy rain, drive to Glen Coe for a trip up the mountain, riding the chair lifts. Then it's on to visit one of Daryl's must see things on this trip, the wreck of a fishing boat, known as the Corpach shipwreck. After taking photos and flying the drone, we meet up with Jacob, who takes us to see some of the magnificent rivers and waterfalls that he paddles for fun and work.
    We finish with a wander around Fort William and a meal of haggis in the local Wetherspoons.

      A lot of people don't like Fort William, but we thought it was a nice little town. The boat had been on my hit list of things to see for a long time, and it didn't disappoint.

    What a corkin video chaps... Bonzo & me did a roadtrip round Scotland in 2016 and you were at
    a lot of the locations we visited. Brought back some great memories.
    You took some great stills of the boat too, I really like the B&W shots.
    Good stuff fellas.

    Fort William is a nice enough place but it is very dependant on tourism and seems intent on driving tourists away with the attitude of the HIghland Council. Locals are great but the council is not and the council is Inverness centric. Rant over :-) Lovely video folks.

    • @CampervanTales
      @CampervanTales  5 лет назад

      We found the locals to be really nice too. There was no welcome in the town for visitors go park up overnight as there was in other towns. As you say, it is a nice town though.

    Did you Guys like the Haggis ?

    • @CampervanTales
      @CampervanTales  5 лет назад

      There are the 3 sisters at Glencoa as far as we know. The wreck has been on our wish list to visit for a long time. Yes we both like haggis, sometimes we manage to get it from a butchers near us at home. Will check what the music was, we cant remember, but we use Epidemic Sound for all of our music. Apart from our new theme tune which will be used soon which has been written and played for us by a lady who tours with groups including Elbow and Sophie Ellis Bexter
