1.the depth of the murram
2.the location also

Good job - I am nt a structural or construction expert bt this looks upto code. Assuming you have suspended foundation and a parking below Is it okay to lay cabros after backfilling.the outer wall is it necessary if you are doing a parking below and houses start at first level?

It's recommended to remove the organic soil top completely thereafter backfill with hardcore and murram compressing it fully so that you do not experience sedimentation
