I watched baemon ,new jeans and illit debut and as much as i like their songs and member and they have a good debut, so far none has catchy, savage and cool as this. Sorry this is i think the best debut MV for 5th Gen. Teddy is genius. He experimented. Song is simple, no vocal stress,no complex arrangement and weird hook or grand intro. but you can hear their raw talent.and wow everyone can sing and dance they dont have specific role which is crazyy.This is the new benchmark for kpop new GG debut MV

They don't have official position yet (and I don't know if they ever will) but the main rapper is Narin (first girl), Gawon (the second girl, on the bike) should be the lead vocalist even tho she had a litte rap part too in the song, I also love her voice soooo much!

They are really ready and no doubt good performers, vocal - rap - dance - presence - visual. But if close your eyes, it's hard to recognize each member's voice.
Girls have kind of similar vocal tone especially in the first hearing. Anyway after many times listening, it can be explained that Gawon the deepest tone, Sooin the softest, Narin has a slightly unique YG style, Ella has a little nasal high pitch tone, Anna seems like Sooin. And in particular parts of the song, they sang full voice and some some parts sang stylistic voices, which considered they are good vocalists. The MEOW song is their first song which focus on introducing who they are, a little bland for overall impression. We are still look forward to the more impactive songs to come.

Im not sure how to feel, i like it and i won't stop supporting the girls specially for their debut song. It was catchy, i was just expecting more lyrics 🤔 specially based on Narin's teaser trailer at the end made me think there was gonna rap hard on it.
Its okay though if you don't like the song, ofcourse everyone dont have the same music taste you can say if you don't like it its understandable but i hope that applies to everyone too, like, they don't need to hate them because they don't like their song or blah blah..anyways thankyou for sharing your thoughts!
Honestly yeah babymonster debut was 10000 times better the thing that threw me off the most is intro and when they said we can make em meow like tf and song isn't catchy teddy do better(honestly I am glad babymonster songs ain't made by teddy)

Clearly you didn't see the credits but it was never produced by Teddy but Teddy was credited as lyricist on this song, that's why the style/concept wasn't give off Teddy vibes.
