Room with mountain view (or others request like higher floor, near lift , themepark view) with charges (RM5-15) can be selected at 1:47 . However it is still subjected to availability. So sometimes I will wait until there is vacant room with mountain view and only continue the checking process 😀

@@limjunyong7125 No lar I thought paying 5 bucks would get me a high floor view, but guess not 🫠 nevertheless that contributed to early check-in.
The mountain view charges is per nite or 1 time charge for the 5rm to 15rm
@@relaxationtim3332 It is per booking. For example, you booked for 3D2N for the same room, then only will be charged once 😀

I recently came back from Genting, but me and my mum stayed tower 1 19th floor, my aunt and her 3 friends stayed tower 1 and 2 respective.

Hi, can you help clarify whether Tower 1 or 2 got Y Triple room ( of the First World Hotel ） ？As we are seniors over 80, we feel T 3 is a bit far away. We plan to go to Genting Highlands next month July, 23 by ourselves.Thanks for a response .
Hi david, i believe the Y5 rooms are all at tower 3, from the options i cannot do a selection of tower 1 and 2.

I receive free rooms frequently (before COVID now rarely go and check) so usually i paid RM10 to get mountain view and early check-in. Not bad I would say but nowadays after COVID many places already full with tourists.

Hi, online reservation is better as the hotel do get fully booked quite often.
is all shopping outlets and food store are cashless ? My family traveling this coming Aug. Also is it good to buy theme park ticket online first. Your advise is greatly appreciated.
Hi, there shops and restaurants at genting accept cash and cashless options. It's recommended to get the theme park ticket online to avoid it being sold out during your visit.

Hi, for the connecting room, you will have to book 2 rooms of the same category, then request a connecting room during check-in either at the counter or the system.

Hi, yeah, you can check in early if there are available rooms, cannot remember how much exactly, but it should be around 10 to 20RM.
Haii...I Already reserve the room online hotel via booking Platforms, but thats a thing make me confused about that machine, that you said that machine accepted card only wherever there's a booking Tax for tourism n to another fee to choose connecting room n view, how the payment i shoud do? That maschine really can't accept cash ? And about QR ?
Hi, there are some machines that can accept cash, and these machines are marked with signs saying cash and card. But if your booking is via external platform (not genting booking portal) , you will need to go to the manual counters.

Hi, yes, you can, but you have to pick the self-service kiosk that accepts cash.

Yah 🥲, but with this mistake we all learned. But then might just be the early check in time, which is why only 27 is available.

The reception for the channels can be quite bad sometimes.
You chose 2 keys, but why did you only get 1 card?
It's due to the second card needing another passport or malaysian IC, and i only had one passport with me, so I can only generate one card.

First World Hotel is so dirty. Actually it's like Store room than Hotel Room. Pay 5 Star price but get 1 star room.
