Casa Cabalen - All You Can Eat Premium Buffet at San Fernando Pampanga

This is your typical Kapampangan buffet with a unli Japanese top up as an option. The food was surprisingly delicious to my taste bud and as a Kapampangan who delights in delicious authentic Kapampangan cooking, I have to say this restaurant's offering may be comparable to some of the local Kapampangan restaurants that we have tried but a lot of their dishes in my opinion are better. I am not sure if the price of 628 pesos per person and optional 198 unli Japanese top up is considered expensive for some but I would say the food was worth it and this restaurant is worth a try.
