It's 3000€ before tax, NOT without tax. He has to pay taxes. After the tax is deducted from his salary, Rohan gets around 2000€ per month.
Yes, but mostly everywhere they will tell you things in Gross Salary only...very few tell you the Net salary.

Absolutely you are right .they do not explain about Netto salary .(after tax reduction )
Bro tax will not be 33% for 3000 a month. Flying abroad couple are paying only 27% tax while both are earning more than 60k euro each.

Usually in CS department, we get 100% of E-13 level and the salary increases as the experience increases. Though we know that natural sciences won't get 100% most of the time.

1) what about bank statement? For PhD
2) what about (fathers) property statement?
3) what about father's income statement (if one don't want to show or don't have father)

None of that is asked for PhD as PhD is considered as a Job here and so they wont worry !
You apply for a different visa i.e Guest Research visa which doesn't require any bank details

I actually am in a dilemma and I was wanting to know your opinion as guidance regarding it. I have finished my Masters in Germany and I am working full-time since mid 2021 and earning a handsome salary package, but i always wanted to get a PhD as well. So, my question is, Is it possible (or rather be wise) for me to pursue a part-time PhD in computer science alongside a Full-time job?
