Today I have shared a my special recipe Asian style "Risotto". As a Indian I always want to make same Asian recipes in my Indian style and introduce a new recipe to all people around the world.
This is Asian style risotto is very creamy with mushroom and miso paste makes this dish a delicious as well as rich with flavor.
Ingredients:
300g mushroom(button mushroom)
2 tbsp. miso paste
2/3 tbsp. butter/cooking oil
1 cup Arborio rice
3/4 cup water/chicken stock/vegetable stock
1 vinegar(optional)
1 tbsp. soy sauce(optional)
1 tbsp. honey/sugar/corn syrup
1 tbsp. sesame oil (optional)
salt ( taste according)
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
Green onion
coriander
cherry tomato
1 carrot
