      Start with light weight n let it heal for sometimes n start after 1 or 2 days break. Dont go straight for heavy weight otherwise it will give injury n later u wont be able to lift lighter weight also

      Apko agar average friends ko harana hai toh 25kg pronation and 18kg riser is enough and if u want to beat a heavy weight so u need 30kg pronation or 23kg riser is enough and after that if you try to do a competition so be on 60kg a d lift 40kg pronation or 28kg riser is unbeatable
