  • Here's a roundup of 20 of my favorite contact mic experiments that I've posted to my instagram feed. Many of these are custom-made piezo elements, but quite a few are store-bought elements that are just as fun to play around with.

    There is truly no limit to discovering the possibilities. Love the rubber ball, and the thawing brick of ice. Can't forget the "talking tree".

    Wow! 14:56 is so reminiscent of the Star Trek transporter sound! And by the way, I find this whole video quite inspiring. Great work!
