2:27 it’s not the cab light, it’s actually the headlights. It’s a Roblox lighting issue that they won’t bother fixing (this occurs on practically every PTA train)
i really don't pay attention to pta 5 av lines but you posting this really reminded me and the rebuild is nice and all, they should add your custom closing door sound ngl, great vid
I actually did a run on the (D) to Expo with it, really amazing. The fact that this rebuild made Fifth Av spike in player count was honestly insane to me. I feel like that the texturing thing they do now is honestly a good step on PTA's end. If the R160 gets rebuilt as well, it'll definitely feature that texturing like on the 68s and 46s. PTA did an amazing job on the PST-4R.
the edited version of the door time sounds better than what potato made for the pst4r, the original sounds _really_ off to me in the first place. but overall the the train design is good, door chime is meh, its a 7/10
In my opinion (and i dont mean to be hateful) its a good train. I really like it. Except for the fact that it shakes. Like it shakes very much. And there are wider gaps at most stations between the train and the platform. And finally, i dont really like how the front route bullet is small. But it doesnt bother my as much as say the shaking. But at the end of the day, this is my opinion, and its a good train so in my books it would be like a 7/10
I’m ngl when I saw this. I somehow got R46 vibes cause of the look on the outside and the shape and length. I’m gonna miss the old design but the new one is very welcome to me.
The only complaint I have is ofc the door chime for the PST-4R. Although unique from other trains, I do find the chime odd, its more like a supermarket chime IMO... However, I do like how its reminiscent to the OG version while giving the latest tech that other PTA trains have! The OG version has the strip maps that doesn't work and its oddly scaled, the -R version solves that! Side note: As for the two versions of the chime at the end, I'd prefer the edited one better!
i hate new train using old propulsion, i kind like this rebuild but door sound are terrible..... also,break sound using PST 3R, I hope can change too.... Please give me new propulsion on 4r rebuild..... i only giving 6/10,not bad but also not too good if only a train i give 8/10

I believe the front bullet was kept small as to not change the original front design too much, besides the old version didnt have any front bullet lol
