for you to get laser cutter you need diamonds and for you to get diamond you have to go to the jelly shroom caves or the gun island easier method you go to the gun island and you breaks hela outcrop and it has a chance to drop a diamond and to get the laser cutter fragment go to the biom right next to the kelp forest it shoud have red grass
