It works 1000 % *Some Tips* 1. Make it in really small batches - maybe 250ml. This will help you to gain expereience. 2. Add the vinegar really slowly if you don't want paneer. 3. Use high-fat milk. 4. When we boil milk, the structure of its molecules changes and it interferes with the cheese-making. So, make sure you use raw milk. 6. If you get paneer, try again.

Yaman the temperature that u need to heat the milk is around 85 deg just below boiling point, the idea is to have pasteurization done. Also pls use a kitchen thermometer for more accurate recipe. Looking forward for mozzarella with rennet

The recipie works...Thank you so much for sharing. Branded types of milk have a slightly lesser stretchability to the cheese I feel because the result I got make it look like panner. However when I put it on toast it started stretching and I knew the result was mozerella and not paneer. Also I took the vinegar from the fridge and kept the bowl over the hot water that was prepared. That helped it get warm sooner so didn't have to wait for 2 hrs to come to room temperature.
