Is he not talking too much at the start? Should it not be pupil talking and taking lead

Hi @sasaa4160. The initial chat should be a short 2 way conversation which is lead by the instructor to DISCOVER the student's needs and getting CLARITY on the level of support they'll need/want during the initial PRACTISE. All the best, Jeff
